It all started when Ashlyn was about resuming a new school term. She was quite excited to see her friends again, It was Morning, she got out of bed and walked downstairs following the sounds that came from the kitchen.

She saw Her Mom fixing breakfast. “Hey mom..” she leaned against the door.

“Hey Honey you’re up, I’m almost done here.” She replied with a smile. Her hair was tied in a bun to avoid strands of hair covering her face as she made breakfast.

“And why?, where is Susan and all the workers here?.” She knotted her brows.

“She has gone to the grocery store and would be back soon.” She glanced at Ashlyn and then to the food.

“I’d just go see Klair.” She turned around and was about leaving.

“Mmm..honey, I just enrolled you into a new school.” She smiled.

“What?!” Ashlyn turned around to face her.

“You’ve always complained about not liking your history teacher remember?.”

“Yes but I never wanted to log to a new school!” She yelled and Mom could tell she was really angry.

“Lyn ..” she called out but Ashlyn had already stormed out .

“How could she do this!” she mumbled and slammed her room door shut. She sat on the bed with thoughts going through her mind, she didn’t know if she should just cry or scream. She sobbed going through the group photos she took with her friends.

How would she leave them?, should she just go talk to mom? Probably she might change her mind?, no! Mom was serious about what she said.

The door, as if it wasn’t enough, she threw her expensive cologne as well smashing it to the wall, it broke into pieces.

Her room was painted white, photo frames were hung on the left dude if the room. It was spacious and neatly arranged, she had a changing room filled with clothes, shoes, tiaras on each sections.

There was a big Tv close to her side table. At a corner was the bathroom and toilet, there was a library just before the door to the changing room.

Nanny heard noises coming from her room as she hurriedly came to check up on her.

Nanny was in her 60s you could tell how slow she was when coming up the stairs.

“Lyn Dear are you okay?.” She placed her ears on the white door and knocked gently.

Lyn didn’t reply, she just ignored and kept on throwing things and messing up the entire room. She was used to doing that ever since she was a child. She had a short temper and was easily pissed off, each time she got angry like this she locks herself up in her room and refuse to have anything to eat. She wouldn’t even speak to anyone.

“Ashlyn, please open up.” Nanny pleaded.

“No Nanny just go away.” She tried not to hurt her with her words.

Nanny had been with her ever since she was a baby. Mom usually goes to work early and comes back late when everyone is asleep.

Her Dad was a CEO of a Car producing company, she barely saw him. He could stay away for a month or two without coming to visit. She was used too this so it didn’t bother her much.

Mom was an estate owner, she owned half of the estate there in LA and some other countries.

“No I don’t wish to speak to anyone, so just go away.” She sobbed while Kati in g on her king sized bed and putting a pillow over her head, then she cried to sleep.

Of course Nanny went away and Ashlyn didn’t come down for dinner that night.

She was awakened by a call, at first she didn’t want to answer it but when she saw Jace as the caller she did.

“Heyy Lyn.” He spoke, he noticed how quiet he was and he knew she wasn’t okay.

“You don’t sound good, are you okay?” He asked.

“No, nothing is okay Jace.”

“What is it? Did someone say something to you?.”

“It’s Mon, she said I will be going to a new school and you know what that means.” She explained.

“You now what? Just hang on.” He hung up and she wondered what he meant by that.

She smiled knowing how sweet he was, she put on her earphone and turned on her music, that was the only means of calming herself down each time she got upset.

Phone beeps.

She quickly picked up and waited fir him to speak. “Hey look out the window.” He said with his melodious voice that made a girl blush so hard.

Jace was tall and fair skin, he had medium brown hair. He was hot and caring, though he was quite jealous but he loved Lyn more than anyone. He had grew up with her despite being raised by a single parent, he was so attached to Lyn.

He was romantic, funny and fun to be with.

Ashlyn quickly walked to her window to see Jace.

“Psssss!!!” She hissed calling out to him then he looked up to her with his beautiful dreamy eyes.

“Don’t just stand there, why are you here? It’s late and your Mom would be worried.”

“Hey relax okay? Is there a ladder there?” He gave a serious face.

“A ladder?. Where? Here? How would a ladder be up here in my room?.” She gave a questioning look then she chuckled.

“Oh right.” He cackled. He brushed his hair back with his finger.

“Don’t stand there liking charming, go home.” She was about closing the window then she saw him frowned.
