Did you know what it means to be happy , I just graduated from college and now I just got a new job . Woah !! Am so happy as I fling my leg happily on the bed . My thought was soon interrupted when my younger sister avala came into my room .......

"Good morning sis" she said as she walked up to me . How was your night darling I asked happily .

It was fine avala answered , you sound so excited today avala asked . avala can be a listerner some times , that is if she wants to be . As young as she is she sound like an older person , I was planning to surprise her on her sixteenth birthday .

"That is because I just got a new job" I answered her question . Wow that is good , does mom and dad knows avala asked and I nod my head . " No they haven't , i will tell them as soon as possible" , so let's go join them at the sitting room i told her as I snaked my hand around her shoulder as we exist my room . Good morning dad ,good morning mom and good morning Walter I said to all of them as I planted a kiss on their fore head and they responded to me . Walter is my elder brother he would be 30 this year and he has a beautiful fiancee . I sat down beside avala as i dig into the spicy food that was placed in front of me . This food is damn delicious I said as I muched it to my satsfaction . I knew it was mom who cooked this I said as walter groaned while my mom chuckled . Your mom isn't the best chef in the world , I am the best because I cooked this amazing food my dad boasted and we all burst into laughter except for mom who has a stern face . You all know it that your dad is still a learner my mum burst out as I watch the both of them argue . It was a pleasure to see my family this happy ..... "Camel" I heard my name being called by my brother so I answered .

Huh ? You look so excited today he said as I smiled again before I could say a word avala interrupted me . She is thinking about her new job avala said as I rolled my eyes .

A job ? mom and dad said at the same time . I Bite my lower lips in fustration , this is not how I planned to say it but it has been sliped already .

Yes I just got a new job I said to them as they stared at me . So if avala hadn't said anything you didn't have any intention of telling us my mom said as I blinked my eyes . I was planning to tell you , am sorry , but I just got a job at a big resturant , I will start tomorrow I said but they didn't look excited . Am sorry you would have to cancel your new job my dad said as I froze . Dad are you joking I said laughing dryly . Yes am serious my dad said as he looked at my mum's face .

But why I asked . I want to send you on and errand my dad said as I looked confused . "An errand" I repeated the world again . But that doesn't mean I wouldn't go to my work tomorrow I can always go after closing hours I said hoping that would convinced them enough but it didn't .

You are going to califonia to give fredrick a present my dad said as I burst into laughter . But why me , you could send walter i said and walter nod in agreement . No more questions get ready tomorrow I have prepared your passport he said as he throw the passport at me . You don't have to worry camel , you would be back soon and a new job awaits you my dad said as I smiled a little ....... That night I couldn't sleep , my mind was occupied , I don't know why dad has to sent me to califonia just to give Fredrick a present .

My dad and Fredrick are childhood friend like my dad do say and I remembered my dad telling me he had a son ..................... Well I shouldn't worry too much I would be back soon . The next day I got ready to leave I packed just two cloth , I was dressed in a black jean and a white jacket , I packed my hair into a bun and wore a cap . People do get jealous of my long hair , so any time am going out I covered it so as to avoid trouble . I was ready in no time , I walked out of my room to see my family waiting for me .

My dad handed a small black bag to me . "Dad what is in there" I asked dad as i try to open the bag but my dad stopped me .

Do not check it , just give it to him when you get there he said.

"Alright "I muttered as I held the bag firlmly . I guess I am going now I said to them to see avala looking teary . I hugged her , you shouldn't let the tears fall because I would be angry with you . You don't have to look sad because I would be back soon so we could celebrate your birthday together i told her and she smiled .

Good I muttered . You should also give your brother a hug walter said behind me " Don't miss me too much huh I said as I punch him slightly . I watched my mom from distance her face was also teary . I don't know why they are all sad . Mum just know you are the best mom in the world I said to her and she held my cheeck . Be a good girl she said and smiled .

You know I would always be i said as I use my thumb to clean her falling tears . Dad don't forget the job you promised me I said and my dad nod his head .

I won't my dad said as I bid them good bye . While in the plane my mind flashed to my family . Something doesn't feels right , why are their face pale is not as if am never gonna come back . I stared at the bag that my dad gave me , if only they new how badly I want to check what is inside but my dad told me not to. I should obey it . The plane is about to take off , tightening your seat belt and switch off your phone the flight attendant said . That is how my story started .........
