CHAPTER 1

　　XYNETH LAVA ASUNCION is a hard-working woman, but she's broke that's why she's desperate for another job. Today is her contract ended that's why it's her last day for working as a waitress in the Restaurant.

　　She didn't know why her life was still incomplete in this past years, it's like she forgotten something more valuable than her life.

　　She sigh as soon as she got back to work, as usual she served the customers.

　　She approached the woman who's sitting the at the near glass window, "What is your order, Ma'am?"She politely asked the woman.

　　The woman stopped from using her phone and she look at her, "I want adobo, sinigang and steak. For the dessert, I want macaroni and halo-halo."

　　Xyneth smiled at her, "Okay, Ma'am. Please wait for a minute and we will served your order."She said politely as she turned her back to get her order.

　　She went to the kitchen, ofcourse to get her order.

　　Rosalie approach her, one of the staff who work as a waitress in this Restaurant, "Dear,  today is your last day right?"

　　Xyneth chuckled, "Stop saying like that, it might misunderstood that today is my last day on earth."

　　She chuckled, "Oh... sorry... anyways, what are you gonna going to do for your next job?"

　　Xyneth sighed as soon as she heard the word 'next job'. For sure, it would be hard for her to find any decent jobs to hired her.

　　She shrugged her shoulder, "I don't know but I'm still gonna find a job which has a high salary." She said as soon as she get the dishes which was order by the woman earlier.

　　She once look at Rosalie, "I'm gonna go. The woman might be hungry waiting for her order to arrived." She said before she leave the kitchen to served the woman's order.

　　As soon as she arrived at the table 14 which was the woman who ordered earlier from her seated with, she gently put all of her orders to the table.

　　The woman smiled at her, "Thank you." She replied, "It's my pleasure to served you, Ma'am."she said politely.

　　"I want to order too."A deep cold baritone voice said behind her.

　　She composed herself and politely turned around to look at her. As soon as she saw him, her jaw almost dropped. She's shock by his face—a gorgeous face. He has a thick eyebrow which made him more appealing, he has pointed nose, red-plum lips—

　　"Are you done staring at me, woman?"

　　She almost jump a little in shocked. She cleared her throat before she speak, "W-What is your order, Sir?"

　　"I want you."He unconsciously said making her froze in a second.

　　"What?"

　　"I want Ulafia with hot sauce and for the drink, I want a plain water."He said while looking at her, directly to her eyes making her a little uncomfortable but she still composed herself.

　　She smiled while taking down his order to her notepad, "Noted. Please, wait for a minute and we will served your order." She said before she went back to the kitchen to served his order.

　　Rosalie approach her again to whisper something, "Who's that hot man?"

　　"Hot? Ah... you mean the one in the table 13? I don't know but he's kinda familiar to me."She said nonchalantly.

　　"Familiar? How so?"She asked while Rosalie was the one who cook for his order. Yes, she's a chef here.

　　Xyneth shrugged her shoulder, "I don't know but his aura say so, it feels like he's part of me or something like that."

　　Rosalie can't help but to make a 'pfff' sound,"Dear, you just read a lot of novels."

　　She also chuckled at her response, "Yeah, maybe that is."

　　As soon as Rosalie finished cooking, she take the man's order and went to his direction to served his order. When she already arrived at the table 13, she carefully put the Ulafia, afraid that the soup might spill and she also put the glass of water to his table.

　　The man look at her once again, "Thank you."

　　She smile, "It's our pleasure to serve you, Sir."She politely said before she went to the other table to get their orders.

　　TODAY WAS a hectic day, the time was already 4:00 in the afternoon and her body was already screaming for rest. Who wouldn't be tired? A lot of customers visit here. The time that my contract ended is exactly 9:00 in the evening so she still have hours left.

　　Since she was near at the glass door, she greated the customer as soon as the door bells.

　　"Welcome to the Paradise Restaurant."She said while she slightly bow her head without looking at the customer.

　　He chuckled, "We meet again, Honey."

　　As soon as she heard his voice, she immediately raised her head to look at her. He was smiling from ear to ear, totally different from what she imagine would be. Well, don't blame her since that man has a cold and dangerous aura in him.

　　She stilled at the word 'honey' but she didn't mind it. She smiled and answer, "We meet again, Sir. My name is not Honey, but Xyneth. The Paradise Restaurant is glad to have you back, Sir." She said while gesturing her hand like she wanted him to go in.

　　"Oh, so your name is Xyneth?"He said while smiling from ear to ear.

　　"Yes, it is my name."She replied.

　　"Xyneth is a good name, you know."He commented making her smile, "Thank you."

　　"But Honey is way more better than your name."He added making her chuckled.

　　Xyneth was about to speak when Rosalie spoke, "Oho... Honey? How about I'll call you, F*ck off? Dear Customer?"

　　Xyneth immediately turned around as soon as she said those. Rosalie is the same age of her but she's sarcastic as well has a bad mouth. She would speak what's on her mind, that's why she was assigned as a chef to prevent her from bad mouthing the customers.

　　"Oh? F*ck off is a good name, but I wanted to be called Honey by her."The man spoke in a cold tone while pointing at Xyneth.

　　"Sorry, but we won't tolerate any flirtatious here in our Restaurant especially flirting with our workers."Rosalie said in a menacing voice.

　　Xyneth immediately covered her mouth when she felt a strong, cold aura on her back. She was still covering Rosalie's mouth as she turned her gaze to the man.

　　She smiled, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I also apologise for her bad behaviour."

　　The man shook his head, "That's fine. Anyways, I lost my appetite to eat here. 'Til we meet again, Honey."He said before he left.

　　Xyneth looked at Rosalie,"Why did you do that?"

　　"Do what?"She looked innocent.

　　"Why did you say that to him?"Xyneth asked.

　　She hissed, "Can't you see that he's hitting on you. That sly man!"

　　"Do you know him?"Xyneth asked her.

　　She shook her head, "No but I can feel that he's dangerous man that's why I bad mouthed him, stopping from hitting on you. He has this dangerous aura on him, especially that cold stare. I hope that you wont see him again."

　　Xyneth didn't respond nor dare to speak back again. She just sighed before she get back to her work with uneasiness on her heart.
