Each time he sees Dali walk into his street, he can't seem to do anything else but to look at her.

With her jumpy skirt and long socks which reached up to her knee, he was definitely sure she'd win miss beauty if she ever contested.

Her long brown hair which always made him wish for a day he'd touch and feel the texture, or maybe, inhale the sweet fragrance that comes with it.

Or her eyes? So horny...Horny eyes, as he'd always call her, whenever she's up close or talking to him.

There's nothing as captivating about her like her eyes. So blueish and small. And her size, as little as a peanut. So cute! How can someone be that small? He giggled. Does she live in a little house? How big is her room? He began to laugh. He can imagine how tiny her bed is. How tiny is her duvet? He giggled the more. So cute. How can a girl be so short and cute?

"What are you looking at?" His brother, Daniel asked standing behind him. He closed the curtains of his window and turned to his brother.

"No one." he replied.

His brother didn't believe him, so he pulled at the curtains and peeped, "Dali again?"

He shrugged.

"Mom have been calling you."

He sighed, scratching his forehead."What does she want this time?"

"Breakfast. Forgotten we have a picnic this afternoon?"

"But daddy isn't even back yet."

"We're doing that without him."

He scoffed. His dad is at it again. As if he's the only worker in Seattle. Does he even care about them at all?

"So...."

"What?"

"When will you tell them?"

"Tell them what?"

"That you're..." he shifted closer to his brother and whispered "...GAY"

He heaved. He shrugged and peered into his brother's eyes, "That is going to wait."

He crooked his eyes brows, "Bad idea Daniel."

"What do you want me to do Damien? I can't tell mom when dad is not there." He raised his voice. Damien looked on at him.

"Don't give me those eyes Damien."

"What?"

"Those pitiful eyes, I hate to see you do that."

"I'm wondering how mom and dad will take it. Tin just confessed..." he shrugged, trying to buttress his point, "Tin just confessed to being gay too."

"Just...keep quiet!" he yelled at him and he fell silent.

Seeing the replica of himself on his brother's face made him cringe a bit. He can't believe they're identical twins. Sometimes, he'd wonder why they had to share the same womb. Daniel and Damien, so ridiculous!

He turned his back on Daniel. He grabbed his curtains and pulled them aside. He peeped out and she was still there. Conversing with Tin and smiling. How can she smile like that? Don't she know that each time she smiles, she takes his breath away?

"Let's go downstairs now." Daniel said.

Still drooling at her, "Just be going. I will be down in a jiffy." he told him, she looked up to his window and his heart skipped.

Why would he always give her those scary gazes, each time he sees her? She shook her head terribly. He's such a nut job! She looked away from him and flung her hair smiling at what Tinsley was saying,

"So you're officially going out with Jeff now?" Tin asked her.

She nodded, acting coy. "He said that he likes me and will love to go on a date with me." she replied while Tin screamed.

"Gosh! You killed that! I'm so happy for you girl! Damn! " she hugged her tenderly. She giggled warming her gaze back to Damien's window.

What's wrong with him? Why would he look at her like that? Such a jerk!

"So..." Tin began again, "Is Jake coming with his kid sis?"

She eyed her.

"Don't you think of messing with Jake's sister. He'd skin you alive." she warned.

"That's not for you to say. I'm not a bad bitch."

With sarcasm, "I can see that. You're so cool."

"Hey, you should be having my back as my friend, Dali." she said and Dali shrugged.

"Tin!!" her mom called her. "My mom is calling. Time for breakfast, care for some?"

She shook her head in refusal. Tin nudged her.

"Don't tell me you're still scared of my crazy little brothers?"

She scoffed on hearing that from her.

"Why would I be? I'm three years older than them. I'm not scared of them at all." she rolled her eyes nervously.

"Exactly what am saying."

Her cheeks heated up. In truth, she's scared of them. Their menacing figure, their intimidating height and eyes, especially Damien. She's scared of him as hell, especially when he begins to laugh and giggle like a nut job that he is.

"C'mon, a bite won't hurt." Tin assured her.

She really wanted to say no. She can't imagine herself staying across the table with that nut job, who can't do anything but get on her nerves.

"Sure." She said to please Tin. She pulled her into the living room where she nearly bumped into Daniel.

"Watch where you're going peanut."His intimidating voice rung out, glaring down at her. She almost shit herself.

Tin spanked her brother. He made an OUCH sound holding his shoulder, looking at her sister. "Hey Tin, Watch it!"

"That's no way to talk to my friend."

He scowled and walked away. Dali breathed hard. Why are they so rigid and yet so handsome?

Phew!

"Come on, let's go." Tin pulled at her, until they got into the dinning room, where the food was already served. Her mother was seated at the table, eating.

"Hey mom." Tin cooed and sat down. Daniel was already seated. Dali's eyes met his and she shuddered. At nineteen, he already look like a twenty-five year old guy.

"Ma." Dali greeted and sat down beside Tin.

Mother looked up to her face and smiled, "When did you come?"

"An hour ago." she replied.

"Serve yourself some food." she said and turned to Daniel, "Where's your brother?"

"He's coming." He said with his lips covered with egg.

Damien's heavy steps were heard at the stairs, as he made his way to the dining. Dali's nervousness increased. She wanted to disappear and just as she was about getting up to leave, he appeared at the door way looking at her.
