"It's not enough!" I heard my father shouted, obviously to my mom.

They were arguing about business and I don't understand a thing.

I was outside and overhearing all of their words. It's not my intention but I was curious.

I can't do anything because I don't know anything about the family business.

"It's enough! I can't let you do this! Not my daughter..." Mommy said.

"We have no choice!" my dad said.

"And making this stupid decision is an option? How could you? Can you even hear yourself!" Mommy said shouted.

I was curious upon hearing my name.

But, Instead of staying there and listening to their fight, I chose to leave and continued to the garden.

When I got to the garden I chose a nice place to take a deep breath. It's too suffocating inside the mansion sometimes. I don't know why mommy and daddy still have to fight, as far as I know, our company is doing fine.

I distracted myself meditating in the garden. I heard the birds chirping and the sound of the wind blowing. That's all I want. Peace and a quiet place to think about everything.

I inhaled for the sixtieth time, but I was almost uneasy. I felt someone watching me, so I opened my eyes.

To my surprise, there was a man standing maybe around 21 inches away from me.

His brows is deeply lined with thought. He's looking at me curiously and other than that... It was all nothing.

I stood up because I could not understand why my pulse was acting strange all of the sudden. Maybe because of the tension.

I just stood there and did not move. I was staring at him, he was just staring at me.

How did he get in here?

I noticed his physique. His body is...

He is hot! He's wearing a plain t-shirt and shorts that went just above his knee.

This man is too good to be true! He looks like a Hollywood model.

"Enjoying the show, lady?" he seems annoyed.

I averted my eyes immediately. I was almost drooling at his gorgeous body. That is so not me!

"Now you avoided my gaze. You just felt embarrassment when you already finished checking me out?" I can hear the cockiness in his voice and I hated it somehow.

I could not speak. I was guilty, I did checked him out. But he's being too conceited.

Ashamed— I slowly walked away, I never looked back at him.

"Hey, hey!" he shouted at me. That made me stop.

I faced him. This time, looking straight into his gray eyes. He is also close to me.

Even his eyes are gorgeous. This is unfair.

"Mister, I believe you're in our mansion. May I ask how did you get here?" I asked him politely.

He raised an eyebrow at me and bit his bottom lip. I tried hard not to be distracted.

"I believe too that I'm a visitor here. So you should be treating me more nicely," he smiled at me.

A visitor? I wasn't expecting anyone. My parents never told me that we are even accepting visitors at the moment.

Was I rude, earier? Well, I didn't mean to.

  "I'm sorry, was I?"

"Not really. But you should be more welcoming, maybe tour me around your mansion?" he said smiled again.

"I wasn't expecting any visitors, sorry," I said feeling guilty and smiled at him.

Maybe I was frowning I was really dazed about his whole existence. But staring at him more made me realize that I knew him.

"You're Castiel Zatarain?" I said trying to recognize him more.

He smiled and chuckled at me.

"Nice to meet you, lady," he offered a hand to shake and I shook it politely.

"My friends always talk about you," I said, which is true. They are obsessing about the guy in front of me.

He chuckled once again, and I'm starting to love that sound. It was hot.

"Guess, I'm that household famous?" He joked and I laughed at that.

That wasn't even a joke for me. He's really household famous. The world knows him, even do I.

I smiled and avoided his intense gaze. Why do I feel weird looking and talking to him?

"So, will you tour me around? Your parents told me that you can be found here," he said referring to the garden.

I nodded and turned around to start our little tour.

"Lastly, this is my room," that wraps the whole tour I just did with Castiel Zatarain.

He nodded and his eyes stared into mine. I also noticed how he licked his lips a little bit and when I looked back into his eyes, I felt a pang of shame went through me.

"You're bored the whole time, aren't you?" I eyed him, he looks surprised.

  "No."

"Okay," I said. I think he don't have plans admitting that I was boring.

Some of my friends always tell me that I am boring. They always tell me to get loud or have some sense of humor sometimes, and I don't get it.

Do I have to change myself just so I can fit in? This is how I was really raised.

I don't want any noisy and chaotic places, people and everything. I can stare at the sun and a nice quiet view all day, that's fun for me.

He did not even speak. He mentioned earlier that my parents told him that I was in the garden. Probably ordered him to get along with me. I am a boring person!

I was the complete opposite of those stereotypical teenagers these days, my life almost looks bleak. My life revolves around school, my room, the garden and the library.

Now maybe he thinks I'm boring, too. That's fine with me actually. I'm used to it.

"I'm boring ..." I smiled. They think that way, but for me it's utterly just my self-surrender to everything. I don't like being in a dull place, I don't want anything that can make me wear feel uncomfortable.

He was quiet after that. And for a minute, I thought he was no longer by my side. I turned to her and she was leaning against the door of my room. His arms crossed and staring at a portrait just in front of my door.

"Is this you?" He said in his baritone.

I nodded. It was only a painting of me. Funny thing is I painted myself. Now, while staring at my portrait while knowing someone I was not closed with staring at it too, made me insecure.

He approached the portrait slowly and raised his hand to touch the painting. His eyes turned to what was written below, which is my name, the date I made it and my signature.

I was about to say that I painted it when a made interrupted us.

"Sir... Ma'am... Your parents are looking for the both of you," said the maid who approached us.

  I smiled at her. "Okay."

She smiled back at Castiel Zatarain and me, but Castiel certainly did not see it, he was busy staring at the painting. What's with it?

I was still deep in thought when I reached the dining room. My suspicion seems to be correct. I hear a lot of talking.

When I entered I got everyone's attention. I was expecting Castiel Zatarain's parents, but I wasn't expecting my whole family and his whole family here!

"Ah, here's my beautiful daughter!" A statement came from daddy and I heard someone agreed.

"She's really beautiful," a strong and broad man nodded and I noticed he looked like Castiel. I'm assuming that this is his dad.

Their family is very rich and famous. In the whole business world, they are the leaders. They have numerous kinds of businesses, and it was all high-end.

I wasn't expecting this. My uncles and aunts are also here.

"Come on. Sit down, you two!" my aunt said as she wave her hands at me.

I got confused of why she mentioned 'two'. I felt an arm slithered down my waist. I turned around, and saw that it was Castiel Zatarain. It felt uncomfortable but I just let it all be.

He guided me to our respective seats, and I was avoiding the gazes that I can everyone was throwing us.

"Did you entertain our visitor well, Ayala?" Daddy asked me.

  "Yes."

"How is it to be with Ayala Fortaleza, Castiel? I mean, this is a beauty," Castiel Zatarain's mom said, and she smiled at me.

  I smiled back.

  "Good," he said sparingly.

I also looked at the food in front of me but I lost my appetite.

"You should get along. You don't wanna be in bad terms with your future wife!" her mother exclaimed.

My heart just can't stop from beating fast. I was suddenly nervous. It can't be... My parents won't allow of that!

"So, when's the engagement?" I heard my uncle ask.

"Next month, I already talked with Castiel about this earlier," Castiel's father said.

I just frowned as I looked at my hands under the table.

"I forgot to tell my daughter about this..." then mom let out a laugh.

"You must tell her then, she's confused right now, I can tell," Castiel's mom said.

I saw them looking at me. Smiling. It was all creepy and awkward for me.

"You and Castiel are getting married."
