In the First City Hospital.

There was a mess in a VIP ward.

Several specialist doctors surrounded the bed for diagnosis. After the examination, all of them were excited.

"There's a response, there's a response!"

"Yes, her pupils reflected light."

“She’ll wake up soon.”

“Go to inform Mr. Johnson.”

......

At the same time, in the well-known first enterprise in the Capital, the Hurricane Group.

In the solemn meeting room, it was so quiet that even the sound of a fallen needle could be heard.

Suddenly, the door of the conference room was pushed open from the outside, and a voice with panic and anxiety said, "Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Johnson is awake."

The handsome man sitting in the first place upright as if he was oblivious to the news, the lingering momentum around him was like an emperor that made people bow down, and a pair of deep pupils, as deep as an ancient well, made one feel intimidated at first glance.

Gavin Johnson looked impassive, but a charming face flashed across his mind. Before he could recall, the sound of cold air whistling in his ears pulled him back to his senses. He saw that everyone was shocked and... looked like they constipated.

Everyone looked at each other, and no one dared to say anything. Everyone knew that Mr. Johnson, who was powerful, married a wife that…

Not only did she not go home at night, but she also cheated on Mr. Johnson.

Just when everyone thought that Mr. Johnson would not respond, the man moved his tall and straight body.

Gavin’s movement could make people feel the majesty and nobleness of him, but no one saw that his hands instantly clenched on the side of his body.

“Start the car. I’m going to the hospital.” Gavin said in a cold voice, and then he strode, as if someone was chasing him.

Everyone was surprised. They did not expect that Mrs. Johnson had betrayed Mr. Johnson, but he would still go to see her.

Vivian, who was sitting on Gavin’s side, bit her lip, and her eyes were full of hatred.

She could not understand, “How could that woman wake up?”

Vivian quickly stood up and announced, "The meeting is over today. We'll talk about the following contents later."

Then she hurriedly followed up with Gavin, leaving together.

Half an hour later, three black extended Bentley arrived at the First City Hospital in the Capital.

The Director of the hospital had been waiting respectfully at the gate. After Gavin got out of the vehicle, he consciously followed up with Gavin and reported the situation of Mrs. Johnson in detail.

"Mr. Johnson, I found some Mrs. Johnson's brainwave fluctuation this morning. I didn't expect that she will suddenly wake up."

“How is she physically?” Gavin kept walking.

The director immediately answered, "According to the examination, her body function has recovered very well."

"What sequela?" Gavin continued to ask.

"There's no sequela."

On the way to the VIP ward, Gavin kept inquiring the director whose sweat was dripping from his face. When the director was exhausted, they finally arrived at their destination...

The director finally breathed a sigh of relief and rapidly said, "You’ll understand when you see her."

Gavin stopped and looked at the delicate white door in front of him. There was a sort of hesitation in his eyes. The assistant, Ryan Landen, beside Gavin said carefully, "Mr. Johnson."

Gavin came back to reality and raised his hand.

Without a pause, Ryan reached out his hand and pushed the door open.

As soon as the door opened, everyone saw a woman was engorging her meal.

Sydney Sawyer still had a spoon in her mouth but stopped eating because of the sudden appearance of these people.

She turned her head and looked at the door with a confused look.

When she saw Gavin, who was the head of the group. There was a look of surprise in her eyes. She was shocked by the man's clean-cut appearance.

"Who are you?" Sydney blinked her bright eyes and asked curiously.

Hearing this, Gavin’s expression froze in an instant.

Her eyes, suddenly devoid of disgust and hatred as if time had reverted to the cleanliness of her first encounter three years ago.

Suddenly, a sharp cold light flashed in his eyes. He turned to ask the director, "What’s wrong with her?"

Only then did the director remember that he had told Gavin everything about Mrs. Johnson's physical condition, except for the most important point.

"Mr. Johnson, after Mrs. Johnson woke up, we found that she lost her memory."

“Lost her memory?” Gavin frowned heavily, and he pondered for a long time.

"Yes, Mrs. Johnson has lost her memory. As for the reason, we are still looking into it." The director wiped off the cold sweat on his head with fear.

"“Lost memory?”

“Are they talking about me?” Sydney thought.

When Sydney heard their conversation, she raised her hand and scratched her head in confusion. She opened her big round eyes and looked expectantly at Gavin, hoping that he could give her an answer.

When Gavin turned his head again, he had eye contact with Sydney.

Gavin looked at Sydney’s clear eyes and he could hardly bear to look away. He uncontrollably raised his stiff feet and walked toward her step by step.

Sydney had not seen Gavin like that for a long time.

"Who are you?"

Sydney opened her mouth again and suddenly woke Gavin up like a signal. He stood three steps away from the bed.

"Who the h*ll are you? Why don't you talk?" Sydney was a little annoyed.

When she woke up unexpectedly, she found that she was in the hospital, and she did not recognize the people around her. This feeling was terrible as if she had been abandoned by the whole world.

“Ryan.” Suddenly, Gavin spoke with his mellow and cold voice.

The man behind Gavin immediately stepped forward and replied respectfully, "Mr. Johnson."

"Let the hospital arrange a thorough examination."

“Yes, sir.”

The director also quickly stepped forward and promised, "Mr. Johnson, don't worry. The specialist doctors in our hospital have been responsible for Mrs. Johnson’s condition and will soon get the result."

"How fast it would be?" Gavin said in a deep voice. Before the director answered, he ordered, "I want to know the result in 30 minutes."

His tone was arrogant and domineering.

“How arrogant he is!” Sydney looked at the man in front of him amazingly, and she could not come back to earth.

“Wait, can you tell me what’s going on?”

Sydney was sick of being hung aside, like a fool, and watched them discussing her.

Her voice attracted Gavin's attention. Gavin's deep dark eyes finally look at her. His eyes were observing her, and his expression was gloomy.

“He must have a bad relationship with me.”

This was Sydney's first thought. She nervously swallowed her saliva and carefully asked, "Who are you?"

"You don't know me?" Gavin stared at her and asked.

“Did she really lose her memory?”

“You all told me that I lost my memory. How could I know you?" Sydney rolled her eyes and thought that the man in front of her, who looked smart, was an idiot.

Gavin's eyes turned cold. He was now certain that Sydney had really lost her memory.

Facing this unexpected result, he did not want to stay here anymore. He turned around eagerly and was about to leave, but when he quickly walked out of the door, he was stopped by Sydney, "Wait, you haven't told me who you are."

"I'm your husband." After a pause, Gavin left these words and walked away in Sydney's astonishment.
