Alina frowned when the heat she was feeling became unbearable. She still wanted to sleep, but there was no way she would be able to sleep when it was so hot. She stirred uncomfortably and opened her eyes, wondering if she had forgotten to turn on the air conditioning before sleeping.

However, the moment she moved, she felt herself being pulled against the heater that had just woken her up. She immediately sobered up, and even her headache was set aside. She felt goosebumps rise on her skin when the person behind her sleepily nuzzled her neck as his palm reached for her chest. She thought he was going to start something, but the shallow breathing proved that they were still sleeping.

What the f*ck?! Her thoughts were racing as she thought about how her manager was going to kill her for making such a huge blunder! When she tried moving again, she was pulled back once more and this time; she became hyper aware of the hardness poking at her from behind. If her soreness was anything to go by, it was obvious that last night was very eventful.

“Hey!” she called out as she tried to detangle herself from the man behind her. She was feeling irritable because she couldn’t even remember who it was she ended up sleeping with. She called out a number of times, but it looked like he was sleeping very deeply. She tried to pat him awake, but she still didn’t get any response from him.

With a sigh, she gave up on trying not to wake the other party and turned to look at who it was she needed to settle matters with, only for her expression to fall. The moment she saw his face, all the vague memories she had of the previous night became clear. She looked at the man who was hugging her in disbelief, not knowing what to do with herself for a while.

Alina quickly turned to look at the curtained windows as a few hundred questions raced through her mind. How did this happen? What is he doing here? Wait, this didn’t look like her hotel room. What was she doing here?! So the handsome man that was waiting for her in her hotel room was actually… wait, it looks like she was the one who barged into his hotel room! She completely lost her mind after drinking!

In her five years in the industry, she had never imagined that she would end up in bed with Levi Reyes. The Levi Reyes, who had antagonised her the whole of last night. Every time the two showed up at the same event, their managers would make a conscious effort to keep them apart because sparks would fly whenever they encountered each other. The whole entertainment industry knew that they did not see eye to eye. Even their fans were aware of this.

She could still remember the first time they met. He was already a well established actor and had quite a number of awards under his belt. When she showed up on the set of his movie to act in a small role her manager arranged for her. He openly showed his disdain for her. Even when they were getting their makeup done, he ‘casually’ mentioned how singers shouldn’t involve themselves in the movie industry since this wasn’t a recording studio where you could ‘auto-tune’ your acting.

His words had made her so angry that she lashed out at him. She angrily told him that she had auditioned for the role fair and square and if he didn’t trust the director’s judgement, then he had no business being at the filming site. Her words annoyed him to no end and the two of them would throw jabs at each other every time they crossed paths.

It would be okay if they would cross paths coincidentally when filming programs, but the two of them were signed to the same management. And she, a rookie, talked back to her senior. Every encounter they had would stimulate her so much, she would isolate herself for a long time because of all the inspiration she would have afterwards. It was like he had become a catalyst for her inspirations, not that she would ever mention that in any award ceremony.

Her manager always marvelled at how motivated she would become whenever she met Levi. From their first encounter, she released a single that won Alina her first award. She would write hit songs that eventually pushed her to become famous in such a short time. Although she wasn’t as famous as Levi was, she was still a bigshot in their company. If Levi was the best actor in their company, then she could proudly say she was the best singer they had.

And now, the same guy that she had loathed for five years had his arms wrapped around her, while they were both naked, and he was clearly aroused. Even now, she could feel his body heat against her back. She was at a loss of what to do for a long time until she felt him adjust himself and the hardness that was poking her thigh suddenly slipped between them, soon followed by a comfortable sigh behind her. She unconsciously shivered when his warm breath fanned over her neck as a satisfied sound vibrated in his chest. She was distracted for a moment, but soon she came back to her senses.

“What in the world?!” Alina exclaimed in shock. Was this guy for real? His movement snapped her back into reality and the realisation that she needed to get out of his room as soon as possible. She started squirming around, trying to get out of his grasp, but it proved to be difficult.
