The whole place looks so solemn and beautiful. Children wearing pastel-colored dresses and suits ran around the place as the melancholic sound of murmurs and chattering of the guests resounded the whole chapel.

The hired chorale can be heard practicing on one side as the event organizers and coordinators walk back and forth to check that everything is alright and that nothing could go wrong once the event started.

Zachary Dwight Astute came in and some of the guests started to flock around him, congratulating him in advance. But he just coldly walked towards the center of the aisles without giving anyone a glance. His eyes centered on the girl who was wearing black leather pants and a jacket by the altar.

She was seated on a chair prepared for the bride later. One of the coordinators was standing beside her, trying to talk her out of the chapel. She wasn't on the list of the guests, her outfit doesn't blend in with the crowd and most of all, she's ruining the design of the chair!

She was straddling the chair with her arms crossed above the chair's backrest. The woman was pretty. Very pretty at that but with her strong makeup and gothic outfit, her presence screams nothing but trouble.

She was ignoring the woman standing beside her talking. She was smirking while meeting Zach's frosted glares.

"What are you doing here?" he asked after he stopped walking a few steps away from her. The coordinator on the side was astonished to see that the groom actually knows the woman. But it looks like they're not on good terms given the question he asked her.

She was about to nod and secretly tap her shoulders to congratulate herself for a job well done when the groom suddenly turned to her.

"What are you doing here standing? Shouldn't you be busy checking things?"

The coordinator's eyes widened as she realized that the first question was actually directed at her.

"Ah... Y-yes sir!" she said as she reluctantly walked away.

The woman seated on the bride's chair chuckled before she rested her jaw on her arms and looked up at the tall man in front of her.

"You're about to get married. What's with the long face?" she said smiling.

"Why are you here? I don't think Thira would invite you over."

"Of course not! That bride of yours is rude you know," she said as she brushed her hair using her fingers.

"And you're not?" Zach asked back. She just sneered at him and looked around the chapel.

"Everything looks good, except for the groom's face who looks like he was about to attend his funeral."

"Come'n Artemis, what did you come here for?" he asked impatiently.

"You just don't know how to ask nicely," she said as she stood up from the chair. She can feel everyone's eyes on them but she's already used to that.

Oh! How she loves the attention!

Everyone gasped and even some shrieks were heard as she carelessly tore the pastel pink cloth that covered the chair she just used.

"Is she crazy?!"

While everyone was busy judging and scrutinizing the woman in front of him, Zach was smirking.

"What now? Are you going to stand beside me instead?" he asked and even placed his hands inside his pockets.

"You wish," she scoffed.

She closed the distance between them and held his jaw. The angle for the people behind them gives them the impression that she's kissing him.

"I heard from Seven," she whispered as her hands moved to his nape making the eyes of the people behind them bulge. Some elders even started to pray and ask forgiveness for the sinful scene in front of them.

"If that guy is not gay I don't know what he is, he's too much of a gossiper," Zach answered as he put his hands on her waist.

"Seven's not gay," she pointed out.

"Whatever. So how are you planning to end this?" he asked, his eyebrow raised as he watched how the corner of her lips lifted.

"Let me be the vengeful ex-girlfriend that ruined your wedding day," she whispered before pulling away from him. She turned to the area where the musician is and nodded. Suddenly the melodic sound coming from the piano became restless.

She took his hand and placed a motorcycle key on his palms. She winked at him, flipped her hair, and walked past him, destroying every single decoration in her way. She even had the guts to smile at the people who were watching her with bulging eyes.

"The bride's about to come, good luck!" she said as she placed a kiss on the cheeks of one of the wedding organizers standing by the door.

The lean boy immediately felt his cheeks heat up but he immediately got back to his senses when he heard his radio's static sound.

"The bride's about to enter. Over." His eyes widened but Artemis just winked at him, patted his shoulder before walking out of the chapel's entrance confidently. The restless sound of the piano playing behind her.

She stopped when she saw the bride slowly walking towards the entrance of the chapel.

Thira Maine Palma stopped walking as she saw a pair of black heels in front of her. She looked up and her eyes widened with recognition. She then turned her head towards the chapel's door where she came from.

Artemis smirked and tapped the bride's shoulder.

"Congratulations on your wedding... if there's any." She said and walked past the bride who immediately ran inside the chapel and saw how much chaos she had caused.

"Where's Zach?!" she called out and looked around to look for her groom but the people around her were just as confused as she is.

Wasn't the groom just standing there a while ago?

Before anyone could say anything, they heard two consecutive loud sounds of motorcycles starting. Everyone ran out of the chapel and their eyes widened when they saw two Ducati Monsters outside, one rode by the woman earlier and the other one by the... groom!

"Samantha Artemis!" Thira shouted.

Artemis turned to look at her, winked at her mockingly before closing the lid of her helmet, and sped away, the groom following behind her.
