Elvira was panting when he reached the hospital where he received an anonymous call from someone asking her to go the hospital quickly because her grandma has been admitted there.

Elvira is a young girl who is leaving with her Dad and her step mother whom her father married when her biological mother passed away.

When Elvira was 7 years old, her mother has an accident and passed on after being in the hospital for a year.

Elvira was in primary school such thing happened so her father decided to get married so he will get someone who will take care of Elvira for him.

But that was not what happened afterwards.

When Elvira's father, Mr Augustine Florida was looking for a mother for his daughter, he met Adelaide Forson was very kind and loving towards his daughter so he didn't hesitate to marry her.

When Elvira reached the hospital she met one of the nurses who led her to her grandma's ward........"Grandma how are you feeling now, I just had a call that you've been rushed to the hospital" after say this Elvira sat beside her grandma on the bed but her grandma didn't respond......"Grandma...... Grandma...... Grandma......" Elvira called her Grandma for the third but there was no response from her.....

She run from the ward straight to the doctor's office.

The Doctor after checking Elvira's grandma pulse had a change of face.....he couldn't look at Elvira....."Doctor please tell me something, is my grandma okay"...... Elvira asked but the Doctor didn't answer.....he called of the nurses and she took Elvira to his office and asked her to wait for the Doctor.

Elvira Started suspecting something but she has no other option that to wait patiently for the Doctor.

When the Doctor after doing all the needful at ward returned to his office he sat in front of Elvira......"Miss Elvira is there anyone we can call aside you " the Doctor asked;

"No Doctor, I'm all that my grandma have and she is all that I have, is there something I should know"? Elvira asked

"Miss Elvira then I have to tell you this...........I need to stay calm..........we........ I'm......." Doctor say something" Elvira chipped in....."Miss Elvira sorry but we did our best but our best wasn't enough, said the Doctor..........

"What do you mean your best was not enough, my grandma is okay right, I can take her right, can I see her?" Elvira tried not to cry when she asked those questions because she knew what has happened when she heard *our best was not enough*.........
