ARINAH'S POV .........

''Do you need anything madam ? '' , A middle aged woman with brown short hair asked behind the counter as soon as I made my way to her ..'' Err ! Noooo.........call me Arinah and l just need one cup of coffee '' , l replied to the lady but with out her responding back to me , she tapped on the screen that was in front of her...

Silently standing up , l stared at the her as she tapped on the screen but the expression she had on her face was evident for a person to notice that she was already tired of being on the shift because she even had no smile on her face.. '' 3.8USD madam Arinah '' , she lastly bluntly uttered out and with a smile on my face , l nodded my head then gave her the collect change..

'' Thanks madam '' , She retorted when l gave her the money but still like someone who was not interested , her face didn't move at all or even form a fake smile... '' You welcome '' , l responded back ignoring her rudeness and then sat on the nearby seat to wait for my coffee... While seated l stared around the cafeteria..

It was damn full packed up with people from different places who were either on a break from work , or meeting up with their friends or just passing on their daily routine... Most of them were chatting happily but l was seated alone with my hand supporting my chin.. Life without any friend , no body to talk to was not blooming easy but then l had to bear up with it because l had just arrived in the town .. so still silently l sat and waited impatiently for my coffee...

'' Madam Arinah , here is your coffee '' , Soon enough a waitress approached me.. '' Thanks '' , l retorted before getting it from her hand.. '' Oh ! Noo..................my goodness '' , Just as l was about to take a sip of my coffee , l heard my phone ringing in my purse.. l was damn feeling hungry but then l decided to get it out of my purse..

'' Hello.............err yes Mom , am taking coffee but am gonna come over with in minutes '' , As soon as l noticed that it was my mom who had called , l blurted out with out giving her a chance to say anything , in fact l didn't want her to waste her time asking me where the hell l was... '' This is what l f*****g don't want '' , l groaned out the moment l hang up ...

She was my lovely mother for heaven's sake but still l couldn't blooming believe it that we traveled all the way from England to Los Angeles all because of the new boyfriend she got , my soon to be step father.. l was actually pissed off with her decision but I didn't say bad about the new man she got...

I kinda respected the man she got because he was Eric Thompson, surprisingly one of the well known billionaires in Los Angeles.. He was so damn rich with a pretty decent sized up house that had good two floors with out counting the basement that he also turned in to an extra room.. He also had a big fairly garden and a large swimming pool one of my favorites..

Despite that even the rooms that he had built up in the basement were just like a normal room of any house... It had cream carpets that matched up with the walls and three white doors at the bottom of the stairs... Even the second floor was expensively built up with three damn big rooms together with Eric Thompson's office...

'' Oh ! Err nooo...........my goodness ! '' , After glancing at my watch , l i'mmediately shoved my phone in my purse and with the coffee in my hands , l stood up and began to make way to cafeteria's exit door... '' Err !....... Oh ! S**t no my goodness '' , However just as l rushed to the door , the words i'mmediately tumbled out of my mouth when l realized that out of the blue l had bumped up in to something hard ..

It was so f******g hard that the collision made all my coffee to spray all over my white shirt one of the things that l honestly hated in my entire life... So angry l raised up my head to have a glimpse at the thing that l had just bumped up into but horror of horrors that some thing was not a wall but some one and a male..

I honestly failed up to utter out any word as soon my hazel eyes studied the man , the man l had just bumped up in to was so devilishly handsome with dirty blonde hair , icy ocean blue eyes , well sculptured nose , jawline and pink plump lips the thing which l actually liked most on a man's body..
