It's crazy to think that my life would turn out this way, from an orphan to a gangster and an assassin.

It would seem that nemesis has caught up with me after all, karma is a bitch but maybe I'm getting worried over nothing I could actually profit from all this.

I took a deep breath as I knocked on the huge golden gate and watched it being opened by the gate keeper or at least the person I assumed to be the gate keeper.

The man who opened the gate looked at me for a while before licking his lips lustfully and smirked before asking in a flirting tone, "What could a beauty like you be doing here this early? I don't think I recognize you as one of Damian's whores."

I've never been so disgusted in my life seeing an old man flirting with me but I just had to play it cool.

I smirked and sexually cat walked to him, rubbed his chest and whispered in his ears, "Actually I'm here to apply for the job as the personal bodyguard of Damian since I heard about the vacancy but I guess we can get to know each other more if I should get the job."

I made sure my hand roamed all over his body while saying this to him and when I finished talking to him I left him and just as I expected his dick was as hard as a rock and the idiot responded while licking his lips, "Of course sweetheart do come in", men! Bunch of easy, gullible and stupid idiots.

I moved in going pass him and gasp when I felt my butt being spanked, I was so enraged but I turned my face back to him and smirked while he smiled lustfully and licked his lips again. Yep! This man is not going to live long when I eventually get employed, I thought.

From the corner of my eyes I saw the guards looking at me lustfully and smirking which really increased my anger but I kept a cool appearance on the outside. I was led inside the mansion by the man who opened the gate for me.

At the very entrance of the mansion I heard a loud shout of anger which shocked me, the man leading me inside the mansion just smiled and kicked the door open and my oh my, the sight before me was terrifying.

DAMIAN'S POINT OF VIEW

"Damn! Damn! Damn! How could she force me to put up a vacancy for a female guard! Not just any guard a personal bodyguard. My life just got more crazy", I shouted angrily.

I'm Damian by the way, a 26years old billionaire with an asshole for a stepfather and an annoying but loving mom who has been singing about marriage to me and as a way of punishing me for not listening she's forcing me to open up vacancy to get a female personal bodyguard for me. Yep! My life just got more crazy.

I really lost my cool and shouted angrily destroying things in the living room, the guards knew better not to interfere when I'm in this mood.

Then boom the door was kicked open by non other than my stupid whorish stepfather, Sebastian. Yep! My life is fucked up. "Easy there boy", he said while displaying his stupid smirk.

"Sebastian don't annoy me unless you want to get your head separated from your body", I replied him still angry.

"You'll separate my head from my body? What about your fucking whore of a mother, she won't get any dick as good as mine in that pussy of hers."

Sebastian replied smirking as usual and that actually nailed it, in a moment Sebastian was already on the floor while I disfigure his face with punches from different angles.

His guards that were at the door tried to help but immediately all my guards brought out their guns pointing it directly at Sebastian's head.

Sebastian's guards were helpless, it took me almost twenty minutes before I was satisfied with what I've done then I got off from Sebastian and it didn't take a second more before Sebastian's guards took him away.

I was about leaving when one of my guards spoke up, "What about her?" At that moment I realized that someone was at the door and realizing that it was a female, I got pissed off.

Everyone know how I hate females, except for my mother of course, females are just good for fucking up and ruining a man's life yet Sebastian had to bring his whore.

"If she was indeed Sebastian's whore wouldn't she leave with his guards." My mind spoke to me and I kind of saw some atom of truth with that logic so I turned to have a better look at her and my oh my was I speechless, where on earth did Sebastian get this angelic creature from!

Fear is the expression on my face right now, I can't believe after so many years of being fearless someone just turned me into a scared kitten.

At least I got to know that the lustful idiot's name is Sebastian and from the research I made about Damian, his stepfather's name is Sebastian but why does he hate his stepfather so much and why does Sebastian disrespect his wife?

That will be a puzzle to be solved later. I was lost in thought until I heard, "What about her?" I jerked back to reality as Damian's eyes met mine and damn, this guy's face is the definition of sexy and handsome.

"When you're done checking me out then you'll tell me who you are and what you want." Damian said to me unexpectedly and I must confess that I was more than embarrassed but I decided to keep a calm and serious face, masking my embarrassment.

"Well Sir, I got information online about the vacancy for a female personal bodyguard and so I decided to apply and the information I got led me to this address," I replied.

"What makes you think that you are qualified for this job," Damian asked maintaining his professional tone.

"I have worked with a security agency for four years before quitting," I said. "How old are you", asked Damian and I'll be damned if I said that didn't come as a surprise, "I'm 23years old", I replied.

"19years is quite a young age to join a security agency don't you think?" Damian said and damn I'll be a liar if I said this man is not smart, well it's time to disclose what I usually don't like disclosing.

"I'm an orphan, my parents died while I was still in highschool and I had further my education through the help of a scholarship so working at a security agency is the best thing to do I guess."

I looked away from him after I said that because I hated it when I see pity in a person's eyes anytime I tell them my story but I don't know what pushed me to look at him but when I did I saw nothing but surprise and admiration in his eyes which got me surprised and I won't deny the little excitement I felt for seeing someone giving me a different expression after hearing a part of my story.

"I admire you, not everyone can go through what you went through and end up the way you did. Anyway not to sound rude but where are the proof of your former occupation as a security agent."

Damian requested and I hastily brought out the work identification card from my purse and gave it to him to scrutinize. I had nothing to fear since the proofs are all legit.

Wondering how a gangster got into a security agency and still didn't get caught well it's quite easy when the second in command at the investigation department is the head of the gang I'm in.

When Damian was through scrutinizing he gave the card back to me and asked, "I'm one of the most protected person in the country and all my guards are well trained and skilled why would my mother ask for a personal bodyguard, a female?"

This question is really tricky and I understand that Damian is trying to test my reasoning so I said, "Well it's not new that you are not usually comfortable with so many guards since you always try to avoid their escort probably because you don't like being suffocated by so many people and probably some of your guards might probably be working with your enemies, just last month attempts were made on your life thrice.

My guess is your mom might reason similarly with me and decide to bring in someone competent enough to protect you and good enough to be trustworthy and also everyone know you dislike females since the time of your ex fiancee, Suzanna, so I'm guessing your mom also want you to get along with the females. I'm not saying I'm the one to fulfill this but I can try."

I ended up my speech and I can see that Damian and some of his guards are pleased with my reply while a few of his guards looked tensed probably because I brought out the fact that they might be betrayers among Damian's security personnels and this observation was also noticed by Damian as he scanned the facial expressions of his guards.

"You," Damian called upon one of his guards who has being looking at me badly since I started talking, "Fight with her, I want to test her skills. If you win she'll leave and you'll get promoted but if she wins you'll lose your job and leave immediately."

Damian said to him while I just smirked and signalled the guard with my hands to come and this got him angry as he ran towards me and I knew that at the rate he was running he won't be able to stop easily and I've been standing a few feet from the door which was wide open so immediately the guard got close to me by a few feet I did a front flip and landed on his back and just as he turned my feet kissed his face making blood to pour out from his mouth, he was so shocked but I didn't let him regain composure as I knocked him off and punch him thrice on the face.

He quickly recovered and rushed to attack me angrily and when he got close enough I kicked him where the sun does not shine and he lost composure and with one swift move I knocked him to the floor and shouted, "You're fired, find your way out of the mansion." Then I closed the door.

As I turned round I saw the look of amazement and respect on the other guards face and I knew instantly that I've won their respect although some of them still had lust in their eyes but I'll deal with them later.

My eyes finally connected with Damian's who smirked and walked up to me saying, "You haven't actually told me your name?" "Cassandra Dominic," I said while he replied, "You've proven yourself worthy after all, you've got the job."

I was just lost staring at his handsome smirky face and unknowingly a smirk came into my face.
