"Ryan, I'm giving you 10 seconds to escape, or else", Mika pointed her gun towards Ryan," I'll kill you"

He took few steps towards Mika," Can you?"

Ryan was confused, doesn't know why he's acting that way," I can kill her, but why can't I pull the trigger" he thought.

"I-", Mika's eyes widened when Ryan snatched her Gun, and push her roughly on the ground," How can you-"

Sigh, Ryan pointed the gun towards Mika," I'm giving you 10 seconds to escape-"

"Captain!", His comrades called him.

His eyes widened when he heard his comrade's voice," Well, You leave me no choice" he murmur.

Ryan shot Mika' s shoulder.

Mika squealed in pain.

Ryan hurriedly mouthed the word " Leave".

Mika once again looked at Ryan, she clenched her fist," fuck you!" she mouthed.

As soon as she left, His comrade came in time.

"Where is she? Their captain?", one of his comrade asked.

"She went over there", he said as he point the opposite direction where Mika went.

He watched his comrade go to the direction he pointed, he stood there silently.

Sigh," Why didn't I kill you, Captain Hernandez"

"Honey! Faster! We're going to be late!", Christine said.

"Wait! I'm coming!", Mika yelled from her room while looking at her reflection on the mirror," hmm pretty enough"

Today is Mika' s 14th birthday, and as a gift, her parents chose to travel to Europe.

" Mom! Dad! You don't know how excited I am...", Mika said with a teary eyes.

Mr. and Mrs. Hernandez laughed, "Oh honey, we're very glad that you loved our birthday gift "

Mika' s eyes widened as she enter the cruise ship, this was her first time traveling overseas and also her first time riding a ship. Her father is a soldier, that's why they don't really have a lot of time to spend with each other. Mika ran over the edge of the ship and watch the beautiful waves of the ocean ," This is heaven" she said as she feel the fresh breeze that touches her skin.

Few minutes later, Mr. and Mrs. Hernandez went to their cabin to rest.

Mika toured the whole ship," wow this is really amazing..."

Mika' s eyes shifted at the direction of the boy with a sketch pad sitting on the bench.

"What is he doing?", She thought.

Out of curiosity, she simply walk towards the boy and look at what he's sketching.

The boy uncomfortably looked at Mika.

Mika' s eyes widened," Oh so you're Chinese! I'm Asian too! I guess we can be friends-- No! We should be friends--"

"I'm not interested" ,He said as he continues what he's doing.

Mika seated beside the boy and watched him draw ,"You're Amazing"

The boy awkwardly glance at her ,"Thank you"

Mika smiled," I'm Mika, Mika Hernandez, and you are?"

"Ryan, Ryan Lim"

Starting that day, the two became friends, they hangout almost everyday.

Mika looked at her reflection on the mirror and smiled ,"Pretty-"

"Honey, where are you going?", Matthew, her father asked.

Mika smiled ,"Ryan"

"Honey, do you like Ryan?", Christine asked.

" No, I don't, why?"

They shook their head ,"nothing ,take care"

The days passed by too soon, and without them knowing, they started to have feelings for each other.

They watched the moon shining so brightly, as they sat down over the bench.

"It's pretty...", Mika said while looking straight on the moon.

Ryan silently sketches Mika," it is"

Mika glanced at Ryan ,"How do you say I like you in Chinese?"

"Wo xihuan ni"

Mika giggled ," me too"

Ryan blushed.

Last day, They only have few minutes left to bid their goodbyes, they could see the land from the distance.

Ryan gave the drawing she made for Mika," I promise, I will find you"

Mika removed her ring and gave it to Ryan," I promise, I will find you"

They hugged each other for the last time before Ryan get off.

Mika silently watches Ryan leaving with his family, she couldn't control the tears rushing down her cheeks, "I'm going to miss you..."

Christine and Matthew rubbed Mika's back," Lets go?" Her father, Matthew said.
