'' Princess, hurry up changing. I have to take you back home don't I? Lord and mistress are waiting to see you,'' called the dragon carriage driver, tapping his shoulders impatiently while folding his arms in front of his chest.

'' I know that, give me half an hour. This is your fault that we have become wet by the rain. Now I have to dress up by myself which is practically impossible, still, I'm trying,'' replied the maiden who was in the carriage. The dragon sighs in response.

'' Why did I have to bring you out here today? This must be my bad day ever. And we are in front of the Forbidden grounds as well. I'm on the edges thinking about what can happen if we get in any trouble with the werewolves. God, if you exist help me to take the princess back to the kingdom safely.''

'' What are you murmuring?'' she asked almost in a yelling tone. '' It's nothing special. Just thinking that we are on the outskirts of the Forbidden grounds. The border between the werewolf kingdom and the Dragons lies here."

The wolves must be lurking here and there. This is the only thing that's making me worry, that's all.'' '' Oh, no wonder. But why are you worried just because you are on the forbidden grounds? Is it so much reason for worry?''.

'' What are you saying Princess? The forbidden grounds are forbidden territory. No one is allowed to enter. Don't even think about going to that place.'' '' Lord will eat me up whole if that happens.''

The maiden sighs. '' You worry too much. Anyway, stop blabbering. Let me get dressed.'' '' Sure Princess.''

It was evening now. The rain which had stopped pouring created the muddy ground, which could leave the footsteps of anyone who would walk above them. Soon it will be night.

Taking this chance, the maiden gets out of the carriage, running away with small steps. She ran away from there towards the border. Her long curly and wavy golden blond hairs were waving in the air because of the wind. Her blue and piercing gaze, covered by long eyelashes, seems to possess strength in them.

After a while of running, she appeared in front of the Forbidden grounds. Though it was called the forbidden, it was just a big house, but worn down, covered by bushes and shrubs, giving it a scary and haunted look.

It looked so scary, that it was giving her a chill running down her back. The cold wind which passed by her made her chill out from the inside out.

Her heart was beating faster than anyone.

This may be the first time that she had gone out somewhere on her own, without letting her parents know.

All of a sudden she heard an owl screaming. This made her step back in surprise. A tree branch snapped under her feet.

The place was located in such a place, that all the noises could have been heard. Even the sound of the tree branch.

She was sure, that there is something inside the house.

'' And I need to find out about it.''

'' So let's go inside. There's no time for second thoughts. I have to prove to my brother that I'm incredible. I'll prove that by going to the forbidden place.''

She marched forward, walking at a slow and steady pace.

The front door looked creepy as well.

She touched the doorknob, gripping it tightly. Just before she was about to turn it, she backed away.

'' Going through the front door, doesn't seem like a good idea. I should go through the back door.''

While searching for it, she came upon a broken window. The glass was broken making it an easy spot for us to enter.

''God does exist.''

She went inside. The moment she stepped in, the wood underneath her feet broke down right away.

As the result, she went down right away. She struggled hard to get up from there.

When she did, the picture of a deer on the wall freaked her out.

She tried hard to stop her yell. After that when she turns back, she spotted the picture of a cut-down hand on the wall.

Everywhere, there were spots of blood. She was moving slowly so that no one might be able to find her.

'' I need to see who are the wolves that are living in this place. Though mom doesn't change into her wolf form, I want to see how wolves are for real. I can feel the excitement in my heart. What is this feeling?''.

The smell of something burning passed through her nostrils. She followed the direction of the scent.

Which had led to a room. It was locked, located on the second floor of the house.

She tried to peek through the keyhole, but the room was quite dark for anyone to see.

Not able to go inside, she went in the other direction. The worn-down furniture along with the dust and dirt created a horrific atmosphere there.

'' Have faith. Nothing would happen. I would take a sneak peek right away and leave.''

'' Yes, that's all there is.''

'' Wish I had brought the sword of mine along with me. Though I can hardly wield it.''

She went to the other window to peek out from there, only to see the bushes and shrubs surrounding the entire palace.

'' Where are the wolves? I can't seem to spot any. I had left Zoe near the carriage. Will I be able to leave this place within one hour? If he informs me this Dad won't let me leave the room. Oh god, why did I even come here?''.

'' Will my adventure ends in this place without meeting the scary werewolves?''.

She ran in the other direction. But something crossed under the window. Just like a shadow.

All of a sudden she had found another big room, but this time, the door is open.

Her heart was beating faster than ever thought, that she might be able to see any wolf now. The moment she would turn on the knob, something would be revealed in front of her very eyes.
