California, Martinez Multinational Building.

She kept sitting in her car while looking at a huge building in front of her. It was not any building but a skyscraper in the heart of the city which belonged to the one and only Martinez family. This building was as high as their statues. A sigh left her mouth as her fingers clenched and unclenched the steering wheel. She had no choice but to go inside. Taking one more deep breath as if gathering her strength she got out of the car. Handing the keys to the valet she entered the luxurious building. Everything screamed money here, not that it bothered her. Before pressing the button of the elevator she one last time tried to call him. Maybe this time he will pick up her call and she doesn't need to go all the way to his office.

Their relationship as husband and wife were not something people could give an example of. He comes home only once a month and during that time too he makes sure not to cross paths with her. They were not the idol couple. The phone kept ringing and ringing as she kept waiting patiently. But to her dismay, the call was cut off leaving her no choice but to go to his office. She exhaled exasperatedly and took the elevator to the top floor where the president's office was located. Her heart was beating fast as the top floor was approaching. She bit her lips and tried to calm herself. Before exiting the elevator she had masked her face with a cold look. She can't let her inner turmoil show on her face. It was the last thing she wished for. As soon as she heard the ding of the elevator doors open she stepped out of it and started walking toward her husband's office with a cold face. The Secretary who was seated in the reception stood up looking at her with wide eyes. Anna ignored her and kept walking toward her husband's office.

"Mrs Martinez, I'm sorry but you can't go into his office. He is having a very important meeting" the secretary said politely but she had an edge to it. It made Anna stop in her tracks and turned her face to glance at her. Her face dripped in arrogance and it was not hidden from Anna's narrowed eyes. Her words were dripping with lies to make her go away. Anna again tried to ignore her and walk but that Secretary caught her hand not letting her take a step more.

"Let go of my hand," Anna said in pure irritation while looking at her with a cold face. Her words held a warning which made the secretary's beautiful face pale in disbelief.

"I have direct orders from the President. He had asked me to throw you out if I see you here. Please leave or I will call the security to throw you out" she said arrogantly composing her posture. A startling look crossed Anna's face when she heard her words. Her husband hated her so much that he had asked his secretary to humiliate her to this extent. Anna's heart was stinging with her malicious words but she took a deep breath and brought that cold look back on her face. Her face was calmer than before which made the secretary confused. She thought her words would make her go away but looking at how adamant expression replaced her surprised look made her swallow hard.

"This is my husband's office. How dare you stop me like this and then threaten me with your words. You are trying to pick a fight with me. Have you forgotten your place? Now get out of my way" Anna said those words calmly but her words held a warning. Anna pushed her away from her face and walked straight to her husband's office. She kicked open the door and walked in. But as soon as she walked in, her eyes widened in shock. His office was filled with manly grunts and loud female moans. She saw a woman bareback facing her who was cradling the lap of her husband of two years behind his office table.

He was moving his hands all over her milky white exposed skin exploring it. Anna could only see the half of faces of the woman cradling his lap but she could conclude that she was beautiful. Her stomach twisted and she felt like emptying her guts but she kept standing there with the last bit of strength remaining in her. She curled her fingers and kept rooted to her place, refusing to run away from them. Her eyes narrowed in anger. So this is what his important meeting was. Dark brown eyes fell on her when he noticed someone was standing at the door. His handsome face cladded with a disapproving look and sheer anger when he noticed who was standing there.

"Get out" he barked out as soon as he saw Anna standing there. His harsh words didn't affect her. He was always like that to her harsh and cold. She took a deep breath to compose herself. She didn't let his cold words affect her calm face.

"Mom and dad want us to join them for dinner this weekend," she said calmly, looking straight into his brown eyes. It was the sole reason why she had come here. If he had picked up her call she would have never made the effort to step into his office. Their two years of loveless marriage have been a disaster.

"Got it! Now get out" he dismissed her coldly and went back to attending to that woman. He again started softly kneading that woman's body and she shamelessly hugged him in front of her. Even more loud moans escaped her mouth. Anna dug her nails into her palm. Her calm face still didn't lose its composure. But from inside a turmoil was going in her mind. Her heart was stinging with bitterness. She wanted to tear that woman away from him and throw the tea seat at them to bubble down her building anger. She wanted to ask Anthony, her husband of two years. Why does he always have to go around and cheat on her? Why does he always have to fool around when he has a wife at home?

She wanted to scream those questions at the top of her lungs. The pain of nails plunging deep into her palm brought her out of her raging thoughts. But she can't do it. She was Anna Johnson of the Johnson group, not a street shrew. She had her pride and she had to protect it. However, her marriage to this man was an arranged marriage between two families for a business. It was her parents who had gone to the extent that they have made him drunk and have a relationship with him so they can marry her off to him. It was a marriage of convenience with no love for me, the only profit for them. She had learned to love this man. She loved him to death. Even if screams cry and tell him that he won't bat his eyes at her. It will only make him hate her even more because he didn't care about her. Her heart clenched painfully at that thought. The more her heartache the more her face became colder.

"Anthony, don't you have taste in women anymore? You pick up any dirty women from the street to warm your bed nowadays" she mocked in pure anger but in a composed manner with curled lips. She didn't want to show she was jealous. Her words made the women look at her fiercely. Her gaze shot daggers in Anna's way. It gave gimps how evil this woman was. But she masked that emotion and the hurtful look cladded her face. She started crying in his arms as if she was deeply hurt by Anna's words.

"I'm innocent, why is she dragging me in it and calling me dirty? I'm here with you because I like you" she cried as if she was deeply wounded but her husband was blind enough to not see her real face.

"How dare you call her dirty. Who are you to give such labels to the people" he sneered in anger while hugging back the women. Patting her back to calm her down.

"You are calling her dirty. In fact, You are the dirtiest garbage standing in this room" he scoffed looking straight into her eyes making her face turn pale. His words broke her heart but she refused to take his jab. Her lips curled upwards as she looked at him with a calm face.

"If I'm the dirtiest garbage that you are too because you are married to me, Mr Antony Martinez '' throwing those words on his face, she turns around and strides out of his office. She was afraid if she stayed here a second more she would explode like a volcano. On my way out I met with the secretary again. She had a confused look looking at Anna's calm face. Anna glared at her in pure anger and walked away throwing an unpleasant look in her way. Only when she was in elevators did she let her emotions have the best of her. She slid down the walk and sat on the floor. Tears burned her eyes threatening to spill out of them.

So it turned out she was just a bag of garbage in his heart.
