Chaotic. Typical yet the only word to describe the university front in the morning or any time of the day. Sasha walked into the crowd in a purple crop top and blue jeans. Her hands were occupied by the few books while her shoulders carried the weight of the beige backpack which was also burdened by books needed for the day. Her ivory skin tone glistened under the warm Aussie sun. Her brown eyes searched around the entire area to find her friends. Soon her eyes fell upon the group of people waving at her as they stood under the silver maple tree. She waved back and started walking towards them passing by different people. Some smiled at her while some just simply ignored her.

Her sneakers pattered on the lush green grass, as she quickened up her steps to reach her friends. She soon did and immediately was engulfed in a hug.

"Sasha!" Her friend Noelle hugged her as soon as she reached.

Sasha smiled seeing her response. Noelle and she clicked very well. They had similar tastes and thus felt closer to each other in comparison to others. Sasha's eyes diverted to Amelia who spoke looking at her.

"I am not going to hug you. Cause I am very composed and calm and don't get emotional. So hello" She said as she moved her hands into avoiding gestures. Sasha rolled her eyes at her response as she parted from Noelle.

"Who wants to hug you anyway? We don't want germs from the intercourses you do." Sasha said in response to which Noelle agreed.

"I am a good girl okay? I don't do such unholy stuff. I shower with holy water every day" Amelia stated.

"Helloooo" Sasha heard comical another voice as she looked back to see Beth behind her.

She immediately turned to hug her. She had to step up a little as Beth is quite taller than her.

"How are you?" Sasha asked

"I am good. What about you?" Beth asked to which Sasha just shrugged.

"The usual"

"Where is Eliza?" Sasha asked

“She has not arrived yet," Amelia said and Sasha nodded understanding.

Her eyes wandered around and fell upon the group sitting in the open talking to each other and a few more groups around. As she continued looking around, her eyes made contact with a tall boy with jet-black hair. His head turned towards her and he smiled at her as soon as he noticed. It was Aaron, her best friend. He was busy talking to Peyton who seemed to be very excited clinging onto him and talking to him. Her once happy expression changed into a frown once she saw Sasha. She did not like her one bit and Sasha without a doubt could agree the feeling was mutual. If she could strangle anyone right now, it would be her. Not that anyone else liked her or anything. Peyton had issues with almost everyone in their batch, despite them being from another department. She faked a smile at Sasha which Sasha mirrored. Aaron started to head his way towards them ignoring Peyton who had an offended expression.

"Huh! Such a witch! I hate her!" Noelle scoffed beside Sasha making her chuckle

"Yeah, no shit!" Beth agreed to them.

Sasha looked at Amelia who had an amused expression on her face as she saw the two rip off Peyton. She looked at Sasha and both of them smiled.

"Hi bro!" Aaron said as he gave a side hug to Sasha

"Hello. Still couldn't quit talking to Peyton?" Sasha said in a mocking tone making Aaron sigh

"It's not my fault she keeps on clinging on to me like a koala!" Aaron exclaimed in annoyance.

"That's cause you like it! Your dear koala bear" Noelle mocked as she rolled her eyes.

Aaron just looked at with a look of disbelief before sighing. Unnoticeable but Sasha did not miss the small smile he gave as he looked down sighing. He liked it when Noelle bickered with him. Out of everyone in the school, it was only Sasha who knew about the crush Aaron had on Noelle, and Sasha was rooting for it. Aaron looked up to see Sasha smirking at him. He bit his tongue giving her a warning look before Sasha spoke.

"How is your day going Aaron?" She said in a teasing voice.

"It's going great obviously! He had great morning intercourse with Peyton right?" Noelle mocked again. Aaron just looked at her with an irritated expression and turned back to Sasha.

Noelle was good friends with Aaron but he had accidentally revealed her secret to Peyton which got her extremely pissed at him and ever since then she has been mocking him.

"It was great! How about you?" He responded by asking.

"Mine was great too," Sasha said as she looked down

Suddenly an announcement came from the Dean for everyone to head to their classrooms for the commencing classes. Sasha was studying economics. Sasha and her friends have been together since middle school, so it was likely they got admitted to the same university despite being of different courses. So have the majority of the students here. Nobody preferred going outside Sydney, so they remained here. Some were an exception.

Many students from her high school have gotten into the university. Some of which shocked her, as they used to fail subjects in high school. I guess hard work even if it's for a short period, gets you anywhere you want. Sasha was in her second year of university. As they were heading in different directions, Aaron, Amelia, Noelle and Sasha seemed to have their buildings through the same road. They were talking while heading to the area. Sasha's and Amelia's building was the first to arrive. Sasha turned around and smirked at Aaron, as he will be left alone with Noelle. Aaron's ears turned red.

"Okay bye! See you at lunch I guess?" Sasha said raising an eyebrow not sure if the outcome will be the same. Noelle shook her in disappointment and said.

"Our routines don't match. We don't have lunch together today but Eliza will be there with you guys" She said

"Hmm okay bye!" Sasha said as she gave a quick hug to both Aaron and Noelle as they started to head in the intended direction.

Sasha felt a smile creep up on her face as she looked at them. They looked great but something in her heart tugged as she got reminded of herself. She was lonely. Absolutely lonely. She suddenly felt a nudge from Amelia and looked at her who was asking her to move. She shrugged off the feeling and started to head toward the building. The classes soon started and then went on...

Lunch came by faster than expected. Sasha got out of her seat and started to head out with Amelia. They neared the cafeteria soon and they could hear music blasting from there. At the moment "Mad love" by Mabel was playing.

Sasha and Amelia reached the cafeteria making the sound get louder. They went for one of the seats by the window and sat down.

"Hey!" Suddenly a cheerful voice greeted them.

The both of them looked in the direction of the voice to see Eliza who hugged the both of them. Amelia replied to her greeting while Sasha said.

"Hey! I didn't see you this morning!" Sasha said

"Yeah, my classes started later. I have only two for the day. Anyways can one of you come with me to buy food? I don't want to go alone" She requested.

"Nope! Not me. My precious body just sat down, it won't get up for peasants like you" Amelia exclaimed rejecting the offer

Eliza turned to Sasha and looked at her with puppy dog eyes. Sasha was about to resist but could not and gave in. Eliza squealed and they began to head to the counter to buy the food. Eliza ordered her food and started speaking things while Sasha just listened to her speak. She stopped as something caught her attention on her phone. Sasha sighed and turned around looking at the people in the cafeteria. She saw Ruby and her friends sitting and chatting. Sasha and Ruby do not have a good history, so it can be said they don't prefer each other's presence. Sasha looked at the entrance to see a group of boys coming inside the cafeteria. The boys looked oddly familiar. Although they were a group of boys, her eyes automatically looked at one of them like a magnet.
