BACKSTABBER OR LIFE SAVER

“Why did you do this to me? To us? Answer me, Bill. Why? Why? How dare you can do this?” Caroline shouted at him emotionally. She’s heartbroken. Even though she doesn’t love him back but he’s her friend from her childhood. She can’t accept that someone close to her backstabbed their whole family. The four of them confirmed Bill is MW. The Mysterious wicked man.

“No, Care. Please don’t jump to the conclusion. That’s not true. I got a lot to explain.” Bill had his hands on her shoulder and trembled in fear.

“Then explain right now. You are trying to think of an excuse. You spoiled all our lives,” Charlotte blamed him.

“How can he do this when he loved Caroline? I can’t believe what’s going on. I think we need to give time for him to explain.” Chloe suggested, still trusting that someone close to her sister wouldn’t have done this. 

“You are trusting everyone, sister. There’s no more time to waste. I could kill him now without having any further conversations.” Caleb yelled and picked up the gun. There’s one moment left for Caleb to pull the trigger. But Care stopped her brother.

She stood in front of Bill and tried to protect him. She’s crying like she never did before. Parent’s death, Becca’s murder, the reporter’s torture, Charlotte’s situation in the coffin and every other thing is nothing compared to this.

“Move away, Caroline. I am not going to hear any stupid explanations,” Caleb made his words loud and clear.

“We need to give him a chance. Please, Caleb.” Care begged.

“If he didn’t open his mouth and explain in five minutes, I will kill him for sure,” Caleb warned.

“I will speak. I am working for that mam who is known as MW. Don’t blame me. I was compelled to do that. It’s not my intention to give trouble to you all. Especially not you, Care.”

“Yeah, I get it. Go on,” Charlotte interrupted his sentimental talks.

“Two of us are working for him. A girl and I are working for so long.”

“Does she wear a hoodie?” Chloe asked.

“Yes. She’s with a black hoodie all the time,” he said. Now it’s confirmed that the hoodie girl is working under the masked man who is still masked.

“I never really seen him. The mysterious wicked man. His face is always masked. I was in a situation where I need to do whatever he said because I saw you guys murder Becca,”

There’s silence around everywhere. No one uttered a single word. Caroline broke the silence.

“How did you know? You walked away in anger when I rejected you.”

“Yes, I did. But then I tried to find you. I searched everywhere. Finally, I saw you three heading towards somewhere in Roshord high ground. Caleb was carrying Becca’s body. I took a photo of you so I could see who did you murdered. The next day, Caroline said she’s been in an accident. I don’t know how she got the wound, but I’m sure you all killed that girl. That’s when that mysterious man contacted me to steal Care’s dairy. I did that. I did all this because I don’t want you to get caught and end up in jail. To be clear, I did this for Caroline. Anyway, everyone know Becca was murdered. That’s why he asked me to either work for him or expose you all. I choose to work with him. I got the same wolf mask and the uniform.”

Bill turned towards Caroline. “When you saw the masked man in the set where the movie was being taken, it was not me, but him. On a cruise ship and all other places, I was the one who tried to sabotage your lives for MW. But don’t forget that I did all this for you. I don’t want you to get caught by the police. If I did that, our relationship would have been affected. I can’t be the reason for you to end up in jail,” Bill explained, and Caroline seemed a little convincing.

“You nearly killed me on the cruise. Ending up in jail is much better than death,”

“The ambulance is coming. You need to go,” Caroline warned Bill after seeing the ambulance from the distance. If Bill didn’t escape in time, he will get caught by the police.

“What? Are you letting him go?” Charlotte asked in shock.

“This is not the time to argue. Go, Bill. But this doesn’t mean I forgive you,” Care told and Bill got into the car. The four of them took the scooter and rode their way back to Sookie’s house.

“How dare you can steal my...” A man in his forties started after they were back with the scooter.

“Take it. I am not stealing anything,” Caleb said, and they all got down. The ambulance came by that time. Tiffany's in a terrible state. More and more blood loss. There’s less probability for her to survive. Her phone was smashed to pieces. How can they know who killed Becca other than Lowe's siblings?

“Did you catch the killer?” Bianca asked once Caleb reached the entrance.

“No. He escaped.”

“He? Did you see him?”

“No. I don’t know whether it’s him or her. I got to go,” Caleb snapped.

“Let’s go. We are going to the hospital,” Caleb turned towards his sisters. But Wes listened to his words.

“You are not coming anywhere. You are the reason for her accident. You followed us. It’s all because of you,” Wes shouted from his throat.

“We are not the reason. If you could blame anyone, you should blame yourself. You could have stopped Tiffany from stealing this footage. But you didn’t.” Charlotte yelled back at him. He silently got into the ambulance and it’s gone in a few minutes. The detectives came by the time and surrounded Sookie’s house. 

“We need to go now. It’s not safe to stand here.” Caleb said, and they headed to their home. From their home, they can go to the hospital to see whether or not Tiffany survived. If she survived, she needs to tell the truth. There’s a chance of getting caught, but also there’s a chance for the other killer who killed Becca. What’s going to happen now? 

 She dies or she lives or something unexpected can happen.
