In B City, at the headquarters of the Universe Group, outside the president's office, Ye Yuqing nervously tugged at her suit jacket.

The entire thirty-second floor was eerily quiet. Unlike the lively planning department, there were very few people here, and they all carried a daunting aura of "do not approach if you are a stranger."

Ye Yuqing was already nervous, and when she arrived here, she dared not even breathe out loudly.

After knocking on the door three times and receiving no response, Ye Yuqing let out a light sigh of relief. She felt somewhat pleased, figuring her luck was good today. There was nobody in the office, so all she had to do was place the documents on the desk, and she could make a graceful exit.

The idea of not having to face the infamous icy president immediately eased Ye Yuqing’s nerves significantly.

Inside the monochrome office, there was not a soul in sight. Just as Ye Yuqing set her sights on the empty desk and took a step forward, her body instantly stiffened.

"Oh...President Qi, take it easy, softer." A woman's moan coupled with light panting resonated like a thunderbolt in Ye Yuqing's ears.

There were people in the office!

Without thinking, Ye Yuqing turned around. There on the couch to the right was a man, leaning back leisurely with one hand propping up his head. As he was turned to the side, she couldn't see his face clearly.

The man, dressed in a suit and well-polished shoes, was impeccable except for the prominent bulge in his crotch. The woman next to him had her shirt unbuttoned, her large breasts pressed against the man's chest, and her fair hand moved on him, eventually stopping over that prominent bulge.

Judging by the sounds, Ye Yuqing assumed the two were intimate, but witnessing it firsthand depicted a scene of unilateral seduction by the woman.

The couple on the couch seemed oblivious to Ye Yuqing's intrusion, the moaning continued, and the woman's fingers hooked onto the man's belt...

Having heard that the Universe Group had a hand in both legal and illegal dealings, Ye Yuqing feared if she got caught witnessing such an incident, would she be silenced?

Ye Yuqing clutched the documents in her arms, attempting to silently retreat from the office.

Just as she took a step back, the man on the couch suddenly looked over. His handsome features were as flawless as a sculpture. His light brown eyes void of any emotions, lips pursed slightly and casually scanned over her. His gaze was enough to freeze just about anyone where they stood.

In fact, Ye Yuqing had been completely stunned.

The face deep-seated in her soul belonged to a man she had once loved so much and now detested equally.

As her gaze swept over the woman beside Qi Yun, Ye Yuqing's eyes reddened slightly. She sneered contemptuously, thinking about how she had been regretting an incident from five years ago. Now, it seemed, there was no need for that!

Considering what kind of man Qi Yun was, he wasn't likely to be heartbroken over her abrupt departure. She thought, had she known before, she would have castrated him directly!

However... when she thought about what she had done five years ago, Ye Yuqing felt a chill of fear, and her instinct was to run away.

But Qi Yun's reaction was much quicker than she imagined. The moment she recognized him, Qi Yun also recognized who she was, his cold eyes flashing with recognition.

Before Ye Yuqing could escape, he was already off the couch, grabbing her.

"Mr. Qi..." The woman on the sofa hadn't had a chance to finish speaking before Qi Yun cut her off coldly, "Get out!"

With a resentful look at Ye Yuqing, the woman, barely having time to button up her blouse, left the office.

Stuck in the icy office alone with Qi Yun, he called out, "Ye, Yu, Qing!"

"It's me, um..."

Qi Yun grew restless seeing her plump lips, remembering how her silver tongue once tricked him successfully.

Not wanting to hear her sweet talk again, Qi Yun silenced Ye Yuqing by pressing his lips against hers. He remembered the taste of her mouth as it sparked his pent-up desire, and his body reacted before his heart did. Without any hesitation, he unbuttoned Ye Yuqing's coat, secured her waist, and slowly made his way up.

Ye Yuqing's eyes widened. She looked at Qi Yun incredulously as she was being assaulted. Just as she was about to resist, Qi Yun's large hand ripped open her thin lace bra, tightly grasped her chest, and his coarse fingers toyed with her nipples. Caught in his bold gesture, Ye Yuqing moaned softly, and almost collapsed into Qi Yun's arms.

The kiss was rough yet passionate. It wasn't until she tasted blood in her mouth that Ye Yuqing returned to her senses.

"Qi Yun, you jerk, let me go!"

Fully regaining her senses, Ye Yuqing struggles to break free, twisting her head in vain attempts to avoid Qi Yun's kisses, her hands pushing against the large hand that is taking liberties with her chest.

Lifting her leg and bending her knee, she aims for Qi Yun's groin!

"Speak! Why did you leave me back then?!" Qi Yun wouldn't let go. Oblivious to pain, his kisses became more fierce, his large hand firmly gripping her raised knee. A wicked smile spread across his lips, "After all these years, your bravery remains unwavering!"

Gently licking the taste of blood off from his lips, his hand savouring the smooth skin of Ye Yuqing's thigh, sliding upwards bit by bit. In his gaze were flashes of relentless desire.

Why did she leave Qi Yun?

Ye Yuqing dare not meet Qi Yun's eyes, she retreats in panic.

"Feeling guilty?" Qi Yun wraps his arm around her waist, forcibly pulling her back. A bloodthirsty smirk plays on his lips, "Shall I say it for you? Five years ago, for a mere one million, you ruthlessly abandoned your deeply loving boyfriend..."

His mocking tone paradoxically painting a picture of bone-chilling pain, Ye Yuqing turned her face away and remained silent.

She had no denial, all that Qi Yun said was the truth.

"If you chose to run, you should not have returned!" Qi Yun's icy voice teemed with furious wrath. Every time he thought of how Ye Yuqing fooled him like a fool for money, he could barely contain his desire to destroy the world.

"From now on, I'll call the shots in this game between us!"

Why should he?!

Thinking of what the Qi family did to her family, Ye Yuqing sternly retorted, "There's nothing between us anymore, Qi Yun, don't forget, we've already broken up!"

"As for why I left you, I'll tell you now... there's only one reason, that is, I never loved you, not from the beginning... The entire game between us was orchestrated by me..."

"Ah..." In the blink of an eye, Ye Yuqing was harshly flung onto the couch with Qi Yun looming over her.

Her ripped clothes, along with Ye Yuqing's dignity, were strewn across the cold floor. "Qi Yun, you are shameless, let go of me!"

Yet, all the words Ye Yuqing couldn't voice out were completely swallowed up by Qi Yun.

His large hands roamed her body whilst the familiar tremor that had been absent for five years resurfaced deep within Ye Yuqing's soul. Qi Yun knew her body all too well, every sensitive spot entirely under his control.

Beneath his touch, Ye Yuqing melted like mud, faintly anticipating his next move.

"Shameless?" Qi Yun scoffed, forcefully thrusting into her, "I'm shameless, you're despicable, we're a perfect match.”

There was no foreplay, along with Ye Yuqing's painful tears, came Qi Yun's satisfied grunts. This woman, just as before, was able to easily arouse his lust.

He didn't hold back, his violent thrusts shattering Ye Yuqing’s tears, scattering them into her hair. Ye Yuqing stared blankly at Qi Yun's face, before painfully turning hers away after a while.

Even if she hated him to the bone, her emotions were always out of her control.

From the couch to the suite in the office, Qi Yun tormented Ye Yuqing to the brink of madness. Four hours later, Ye Yuqing finally staggered out from Qi Yun's clutches.

She didn't understand why things had come to this.
