"Aira, it's been a long time." He said as she sat on the chair in front of him inside the café she's working.

"Y-yeah..."

"...but I can still feel the pain like it just happened yesterday." She whispered to herself.

"So you're now working here? How long?" He was asking her like nothing happened between them before, like he didn't inflicted pain to her.

"F-for 2 years now, how about you? A-are you managing your g-grandfather's farmland now?" She asked him back, trying to be civil and forgetting how she suffered for years because of him.

She wanted to forget what happened because it only brings her tears back, she'll be having sleepless nights again and she will battle that sad memories for days before she can collect herself again. But here she is, talking to the man who caused her that pain even though she knows that the wounds she tried to close will be opened again that will make her heart bleed again.

It's been 3 years since that awful day happened, she wanted to blame him but she can't. He cheated on her but her love for him was strong that even though he hurt her she still hugged the pain and left peacefully.

"Yes, I'm managing the farmland for more than a year now and I can say that I am learning day by day." He replied.

She doesn't know what to say, she just remembered how that place looked like before when she's still wandering there and worked with her mother in the guy's family mansion. How they made memories there, how she met him and how they fell in love not skipping any parts until the day he broke her heart, A tear escaped from hear eyes and she smiled sadly.

"Y-you know what? After what h-happened..to us, I wished that I just followed what my mother said and studied in my aunt's hometown instead of working with her in your mansion." She said wiping the tear that escaped from her eyes and holding back the others not to stream down her face.

He gulped as he watched her sad eyes and sad smile. He's guilty.

"In that way, I won't be able to meet you and stay away from you." She said, she's saying this because she wasn't able to confront him before. Diego just watched her and ears are ready to hear her pain.

"I loved you..so much but your love for me before was not enough that you chose to gave me up for someone who didn't even love you more than I do." She can't hold her tears anymore so they burst together with the emotions she's trying to hide since the day she recovered from losing everyone she loved and cared the most, even the unborn one.
