Alisa...

A calm, native girl. Loved and cared for the people around her. Before she met her college friends, she didn't talk much. She liked to mind her own business most of the time. Never joined her friends in gossiping about others. But she had always been avoided by her friends since her childhood. Her friends never valued her. At first, she tried hard to keep up with them. But gradually she gave up.

It wasn't until she met her friend Helen who taught her to live to the fullest... taught her how to enjoy life.

1 July...

Alisa is going to start her college.

She is both happy and nervous. Some of her school friends got enrolled with her in the same college. But they were as same as before.

-

She was sitting alone in the corner of the cafeteria drinking coffee. Everybody in there was busy with their friends. Suddenly she noticed a boy,Tawsif, sitting across the cafe. He was surrounded by his friends chatting happily. He looked mostly like a conversation starter. Others were attentive to whatever he said. The atmosphere among them seems to be quite harmonious. Just as Alisa wanted.

This pleasant view attracted her attention. Looking at them she was lost in thought. She wished from the core of her heart to have a group of friends. But she didn’t have one. She has always been good to everyone around her maybe that’s the of her not having a friend circle. She sighed in her heart and continued to drink coffee.

She stopped looking around and tried to enjoy her loneliness. She was habituated to it. Now she liked the peace. “May I sit with you?”, A boy asked Alisa.

“N-no”, Alisa said without thinking.

“uh- Okay... Suit yourself. I will go somewhere else.”, the boy pretended to leave. He thought Alisa would call him. But she didn’t.

"You are really beautiful but arrogant b*tch", the boy curse in his heart and left.

.

Alisa was relieved as the boy left. She has never been in contact with boys. But till morning she has repeatedly been asked by boys if they can be friends…but Alisa… refused all of them…

-

She was really beautiful. It was normal to be asked out so many times. She never encountered such a situation before. In her school days she did not look as beautiful and mature as she is now.

-

When the class started, she found that the boy, Tawsif, was in the same class. He seemed to be quite popular. Everyone wanted to be friends with him. Girls were crazy about him. Anyone was ready to be his girl. Well, he was rich. His father was a person with both money and power. But Alisa didn’t care about those things either. For his looks, money and power most of the girls were crazy about him. Alisa hated such girls though. As Alisa was even quite shy to talk to boys.

-

Being passionate, caring, thoughtful attracted Alisa the most. She belived as long as there is love... Other things... didn't matter..

In the class she sat next to Helen. She looked quite arrogant at first. But soon enough Alisa realized she was wrong. Helen was not arrogant at all. She knew Helen from her school days but she was not friends with her. She always thought she was arrogant. But as days passed by, she became good friends with her. She was straightforward but not arrogant.

She tried to show that she was carefree. Others would easily believe that she is indeed a carefree girl. But in a short period of time Alisa started to understand her really well. She was really caring but Daring as a lioness.

She was beautiful enough for boys to go crazy for her. But they never dared to reach her. She was a master in Taekwondo. Any boy dared to reach her she would break his bones. She did not hate boys but now she did not believe them.

Some years back..in her school days, she dated a boy. She loved him a lot. But in the end, the boy deceived her just because she refused to sleep with him.He started cursing her. Torturing ber with the accusations she never did. All this things made her like this. She vowed to never be in any other relation with boys other than marriage.

Though she had some boy- friends who treated her well as a sister. They protected her well.

Malisa and Jeni were also familiar to Alisa. Helen was good friends with them. They sat behind her. Alisa chatted with them happily for some time. Talking with them Alisa understood this already that they are not bad. Nor they will be neglecting her.But she felt more comfortable to chat with Helen. As she felt a sense of security with her. She got the vibes of being loved and cared from her.

"I am really bad at judging people! How could I think that was the bad girl type!", Alisa thought to herself.
