CENTRAL MUSEUM, 199X.

A white car stopped at the entrance of the central museum, in contrast to the dark sky, which is covering itself with a think blanket of gloomy clouds.

“Raven! Wake up, Honey!” Our five-year-old Raven woke up with his mother’s gentle whisper and scooted into his mother’s warm embrace making his mother giggle at his cuteness.

“Come on Baby! We are here! Didn't you say you wanted to visit the museum?” his mother whispered gently making him come out of the sleepiness. He rubbed his sleepy eyes with his little hands and got down from the car with his mother’s help.

Raven felt the chilly air kiss his skin as soon as he got down from the car. He shivered at its coldness but soon relaxed his body when he felt his mother hold him in her arms shielding him from the cold air.

He looked around poking out his head slightly from his mother's arms and mumbled “ Mama! Is it going to rain?”

Mrs Jones chuckled and said, ”Yes! But you are not allowed to play in the rain! You just got recovered from the cold.”

Raven pouted but nodded his head reluctantly, “This cold is too painful, I should not get it again “ he thought and laid his head on his mother's shoulder as she carried him into the museum.

Soon, a middle-aged man welcomed them and started showing them around, explaining the importance of all those unique things exhibited in the museum.

Raven, looked around with no interest but his eyes sparkled as his gaze landed on a big doll exhibited at the centre of the hall.

The light shining from the chandelier which is just above it, making the doll look more beautiful. It looked just like a human, attracting Raven to it's direction like a magnet.

“Raven! Where are you going?” Raven heard his mother shouting but he didn't stop as a slid down from his mother’s arms and started running towards the centre of the hall.

Raven’s eyes brightened even more as he came closer to the doll.

It looks so beautiful, just like my mama, he thought and looked at it admiringly.

“ Mama! Mama! I want it! Please!” Raven hugged his mother's leg and asked her.

The middle-aged man, who was showing them around, quickly laughed and asked “Well! Does young master like it very much?”

When Raven nodded his head excitedly, the man again laughed and said “ She doesn't like you! So, she will not come with you.”

When he saw that Raven was about to cry at what he said, the man quickly added ”But you can ask her again when you grow up. When you become as big as your dad, she will come with you happily!”

His words made Raven smile happily. He turned towards the doll and said “ I like you! Please wait for me! I will come and visit you daily. Pinky promise!” He said and raised his little finger towards it and smiled.

All of a sudden, a roar of thunder is heard shocking everyone. Amid the chaos and sounds, the doll surprisingly winked at Little Raven, shocking him to the core.

He gasped when he saw that doll wink at him and rubbed his eyes to look at it again. But, when he looked at it again, he saw that it was the same as usual.

But, deep inside in his little heart, this incident is engraved strongly at that moment.

He looked at the doll again and smiled at it, thinking in his mind “ I will not give up on you!”

He looked at the doll one last time and left with his mother.

Hello guys, this is your author and I want to announce a change that I have done in this story.

I edited the story to make it better for the viewers. I also removed the parts which seemed violent and a little too much dark to me.

The previous one is a little too violent and it also has explict content. I wanted this story to be a little reader-friendly, So, I edited all the explicit content and also made subtle changes in the story.
