I woke up to the heavenly smell of toasts coming from the kitchen,I went there and saw my best friend ella behind the counter,she turned her head and saw me"ohh you're up,you should have slept longer you lazy ass girl,you might have even forgotten about your interview"ella said,

"Urghh can you please stop scolding me,mum"I said to Ella

"Alright,I don't have time to gibber with you,just go and shower and let me do the rest"ella said and smiled

Well that's Ella for you,always behaving like my mother and she's a whole vibe.

I quickly went to take a shower,then after Ella dressed me up,she gave me a ride to the Hayes empire.

I released a deep breath and started walking towards the company,I went ahead to the reception

"Welcome to The Hayes Empire,how can I help you?" said the receptionist. "I am here for the job interview"I replied "go to the 5th floor". I left her to the elevator.

"Is it me or is she kinda rude"I said to the woman next to me but she shifted away from 'is everybody in this company rude' I thought

"Next"I heard the boss's voice

.."alright kylie you can do this,just calm down and remember that this is not just for you"

I entered the office head bowed down looking at the tiles floor.

"Do you have an interview with the floor"he said

"I'm sorry sir"I said and looked up to meet the shock of my life

This isn't the type of CEO I expected,I had pictured an ugly pot belly man behind the chair but I got a demi God in return,jet black hair,stuble jaw,all his features shouts 'sexy' he looks like he's the same age as Azriel

"Miss,Miss"I had zoned out while checking him out

"Are you here for the interview or you're here to check me out"he said sarcastically

"I wasn't checking you out,you're ugly"I lied,

"My name is Akyli Wilder but my friends and family calls me kylie"i blurted out

"I didn't ask for a background check miss wilder"he smirked

"I'm really sorry sir,I didn't mean to give that much information"I please,

"Submit your credentials and go out,we'll contact you later"
