If you know anything my family, you'd know my older brothers, we are five siblings with me being the youngest of them.

Two years ago my father got married, his wife and daughter moved in with us, we were all so happy for dad, he deserves happiness. Our stepmother was Anna, a very nice lady, her daughter and our new sister Sophia tuned out to be my older brother mate.

My brothers are Alvin he's now twenty two, Adam who's now twenty, Victor aka Sophia's mate is also Adam twin which make him twenty too. Kyle is the same age as Sophia eighteen, and finally there's me, I'm sixteen now.

I wish I could say I'm as tall as my brothers but sadly I didn't gain much height in the last two years, I'm the shortest in the family, well not that short, I'm still a tall guy but compared to my giant brothers I look like a shorty.

Another thing you should know about our family we are werewolves, all of us, we are made by the moon goddess. She made us and what's ours, heheh, meaning she made us couples, we find our mate at any age, but mostly around eighteen.

The couples are mostly made from a more dominant partner and someone who's more submissive, some take the BDSM way, pet play, little play, anything you could imagine it's not that unheard of around us. Some are plain vanilla, I always thought I'll be a Vanilla, I wasn't the most dominant around our home.

When you see your mate, your wolf would recognise their smell, they'll recognise and go crazy wanting to mark and demand their mate to accept them. It's simple words you say, and boom you are now mates, you'll share a mind link, the less dominant would always smell like their dominant ones, and the dominant would die trying to protect what's theirs.

I was just walking around minding my own business, I knew my father and Victor had work today. Father is our current Alpha but Victor would be taking over soon and Alvin would be his beta, we live for very very long, but when you are older the wolf inside the one who are born alpha would go crazy needing to rule.

It's just the circle of life, some are happy to step back for their kids and have a happy nice life for the next hundred year or so, don't be fooled by the looks father is closer to two hundred years old then the fourties he looks like. A werewolf live the average of tree hundred years, see I told you we live for very long time, when dad couldn't find his mate he and his best friend got married and got us, turn out his mate wasn't born yet since she's only in her thirties, real thirties but she's a half breed and being mated to a wolf would assure she lives as long as him.

I was just passing, key word passing next to my father office when strong hand took hold of my neck and pulled me back.

"What did I say about wondering around Sammy?" I heard Alvin our oldest scold.

We rarely have others inside our home, and when we do we're not supposed to go out, well I'm not supposed to since I'm still young.

"I wasn't I wasn't let me go" I say trying my best to be let down.

Before Alvin could scold anymore or even do a thing father's office opened and out came the most beautiful girl I ever saw, she was same height as me, for once someone who isn't taller then me.

She had dark hair, black as raven pulled back in a ponytail her eyes were grey, and she had olive skin. She was a beauty, a dark beauty everything about her screamed beautiful.

She sniffed the air then her eyes landed on me, the words that left her mouth were the last ones I would ever expect to hear.

"Mate" she says making everyone freeze.

"Keira" a girl calls her but she ignores her and get closer to me, suddenly I was scared, Alvin has let me go finally. I ran and hide behind my brother, he's our oldest and Beta, he better do something.

"Mate" she says again with a growl, this time I take off running out of the house.

If she's the one who recognized me as her mate, then she's the dominant of our relation, and here's my answer. Run to the hills.
