Tanya paced around in the sitting room worriedly, where could Harry be,he is supposed to be home by now but he is nowhere to be found which got her really worried.

Saying a word of prayer,she placed her phone on her ears again praying earnestly within her that he picks up this time but its the same as at other times,still no response.

"Mom,where is dad?" Henry there three years old son asked his worried looking mother.

"He is on his way son,am sure he is trying to get you a birthday gift since he couldn't come for the party". Tanya said faking a smile.

"Really, if he really does,then I will no longer be angry at him". The little boy said smiling ecstatically.

"You should go to bed now baby,you know early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". They both chorused.

The boy pecked his mother who was still faking a smile before walking into his room.

"Harry, where are you,you should pick your call at least". She said to herself loudly as tears streamed down her eyes.

Her husband Harry works for a powerful man but has a lot of shady and illegal things which only people close to him knows about and Harry works for this man,anyone who works with Mr Dawns must not have a family, but Harry is only there cause of his personal revenge which would take years for him to get cause of how vigilant Mr Dawns is.

Harry's mission there is to get his family's loom and property which Dawns took from Harry's late father Mr Jacobs. Yes,he has to change his name so Dawns won't suspect him.

Tanya was against the whole plan,she keeps reassuring her husband that she is okay with any situation they are cause she doesn't want him risking his life,but Harry been the stubborn guy that he is refused and just a month of her husband joining Mr Dawns workers, he is nowhere to be found.

Harry hasn't touched Tanya for months now, neither as he spent a whole day with them, all he does is work,work,work and work

" Why are you still awake Tanya? ". Her mother in-law asked walking into the sitting room.

"You should be sleeping mom,I just want to see the end of this movie". Tanya said pointing to the TV set.

She had to lie to her mother in-law so as not to get her worked up.

"Stop lying Tanya, I know you are worried about Harry, we all are,he is going to return home,don't worry yourself, please go and sleep". She said.

"Thanks mom,I will go to sleep after this movie, moreover,its just 1 am". Tanya said faking a smile on her worried face.

"Okay,goodnight". She said walking into her room .

Tanya stayed up a little more still expecting her husband to come home, sleep finally took over,she rolled herself like a ball on the couch. She dreamt about the old happy times she lived with her husband, though Mr Dawns made them become nothing but she was still happy as far as they are comfortable.

A year after her marriage to Harry, Dawns came to attack them,she, Harry and her mother in-law were fortunate to run away from the house but Mr Jacobs didn't make it out alive.

They had been living there poor and peaceful life but Harry brought out the issue of revenge some months ago and he was damn serious that she couldn't change his mind.

She suddenly heard a loud knock on the door making her wake up in fright.

The knock came again louder than the first one," who could be knocking by this time?" She asked herself getting really scared.

"Who..is..there". She stuttered.

"Open this damn door". She heard someone yell making her flinch.
