One fine morning

A cuddly puppy was playing with a ball in the backyard of that house. His cute face gave the impression of loneliness. It was an adorable puppy with more fur whole over his body. His legs were short but colorful with small black dots in the background of his milky whitish body. His ears were long enough to touch the ground but neatly bowed some ribbon around both of them. He was wearing a red color hair band matching his same color dress. The tail was carefully trimmed and was dancing in the air according to the rhythm of his walk.

After some time, it seemed to be tired and dashed towards the kitchen. He jumped carefully and landed on the shelf. He tried to open one of the cupboards with its tiny front leg slowly. He took a bag of biscuits and ran into another room. He dropped it on the floor and looked at his guardian angel keenly. His brown eyes contracted together But that person seemed to be too engrossed in her work as she didn't notice the little lovable creature at all.

The dog gave an unhappy look. He ran towards the kitchen again and brought another packet of biscuits.

This time, he didn't keep it on the floor and wait for her to notice him. He jumped on the desk immediately.

"Ahhhh," that person almost shouted in panic and looked at her little companion who was looking at her almost pleading for his food.

"Brown, you almost freaked me out," she said and exhaled deeply.

"Mommy is working, my baby cutie pie. What do you want? She asked him.

He kept the biscuit bag on her lap and was quietly looking at her.

" oh, sorry baby. Mommy forgot your breakfast. Just wait a minute," the realization hit her head and she went to prepare his breakfast instantly.

She almost forgot about her pet as she had to finish a lot of work within a short period.

"It's all because of you, Mr. new C.E.O. I forgot my baby because you gave me a lot of work. Do you think, I'm a robot to do so much work within a short deadline. Even a robot cant do it. I pray to God for you, you will get a body wife who will make you run behind her for twenty-four-seven," she was cursing her new boss.

She is Lisa Fernando, a twenty-two years old beautiful girl.

She had recently got a new job at a Black group of companies and moved to this house. She is one of the most dominant designers in that company. Even though it was a little far away from her workplace, she didn't feel troubled. She was a girl who liked to be alone and away from the workplace. She was very pretty with a fair skin tone and perfect features.

The most important thing was she had a breakup before she moved here and she was single.

She was living in a small house far away from the town. It was the only house and there were only trees and some plants in its surrounding. It had the look like a hut in the middle of a large forest. It was not a small one but the giant trees around it made it look like that. It was spacious enough for a person with all the necessary facilities. It was made from natural locally grown materials such as bamboo and nipa palm. The small river near the house added more elegance to the scenario.

She brought Brown's breakfast and put it on the round dish that brown usually had a meal, "baby, have your breakfast. Momy is busy now, so mommy will have my breakfast after some time". She rubbed his head softly and kissed his forehead. He seemed to be happy and began to have his breakfast obediently.

There was a swing made of strong wood in the backyard. She jump on it and engrossed herself in her work again.

She seemed to not care about the sunlight which was burning her soft face. In her elegant glass, the skin was reflecting in the sunlight. She was glittering under the sun and it made her charming face more attractive. One glance was more than enough for a boy or a girl to fall for her.

It took nearly two more hours for her to finish her work.

She sighed heavily and closed her laptop finally. She stretched her hands and yawned. She took off her glasses and put them on the laptop. She took the coffee mug on the table near the swing and had a sip. She closed her eyes slowly and enjoyed the first sip.

" oh God, nothing can't be compared to you, baby. I'm more addicted to you than anything. I love you," she kissed her coffee mug. The pleasure of each sip when it reaches my throat is not a joke," she thought.

That one sip was enough to refresh from her tiredness as she had been working from last night without a break. She didn't have any time to sleep since today was the deadline to submit the proposal for her new project. It's extremely important to the future of her company, she was instructed.

Her phone disturbed her from enjoying the remaining coffee. She answered it with a little irritation even though she expected it earlier.

"Did you send the proposal in time?" A scream interrupted her before she said hello.

"Oh my God, I forgot about the proposal totally and slept last night. I'm so sorry," she said dramatically and closed her mouth with her other hand to suppress her laughter.

She heard a deep sigh from another side of the phone and giggled silently.

"My dear drama queen Lisa, Don't forget How perfect and dedicated my best friend is. She is the most perfect person in this world," the girl said.

"Stop it, Maddy, I'm already flattered. What do you want me to do?" Lisa asked in a suspicious tone.

"This is why we are best friends ever, my baby. You know me well. I want to invite you to a party tonight at galaxy bar. Some of my old friends are coming and you must be there with me.

"Why me? You know well that I m not interested in parties. I can't come, Maddy," she hated parties, even though she was a party person in the past.

"Please, Lisa, the thing is I should have a partner and I have only you. I'm not that much closer with others. You must come or I won't talk with you for a month," she cut the call immediately.

Lisa knew well that it was not the exact reason for her best friend's invitation. She might have planned to introduce someone to her even though Lisa had no interest to find a new boyfriend. Even though Maddy is also single, she was somehow determined that her best friend shouldn't stay single for a long time.
