Ava

I'd always wanted to find a strong mate, but unfortunately, the one I fell in love with from the depths of my heart was none other than the alpha king! That wasn't the real problem; the real problem was that my older sister was about to be mated with him very shortly. My father had chosen her as a treaty between our kingdom and the werewolves' kingdom. Yes, they are vampires, and to stay safe, we had to stop the war between the two kingdoms, and the only way to do this was by giving the alpha king of the werewolves something precious, which was my elder sister! She was not only the princess and the heiress of the vampires but was the most beautiful creature in the whole world.

I'd always heard that werewolves only had one mate throughout their entire lives, which wasn't something I'd heard about vampires experiencing in their own lives. We didn't have any friends, and we only got married when we felt the urge to do so. We are unable to give birth to children at this time. Hybrids, on the other hand, or those mated to wolves, which my grandfather forbade a long time ago, can do so. But, in the end, my father had no choice but to alter the rules in order to safeguard the vampire kingdom. The alpha king was not the same as his deceased father, but he was far more powerful, and he was capable of defeating an army of vampires without the assistance of his warriors.

I had heard much about him, and for the first time in my life, my heart pounded in my chest for someone until the day came face to face with the alpha king.

In an announcement, my father stated that the alpha king would be paying a visit to see his bride. My sister was absolutely terrified. Getting married to someone as brutal as the alpha king wasn't something she wanted to happen. She didn't want to be forced into a marriage as a result of a treaty.

But I was prepared to meet with him. I even went out of my way to find the most beautiful dress I'd ever seen. a sexy dress not revealing much but yes sexy enough to seduce any man or wolf walking on that planet. It was time to put on my makeup and await the appearance of the alpha king.

As my sister's heart pounded loudly in her chest out of fear, my heart pounded loudly in my chest out of excitement at finally seeing the ruthless alpha king in person.

The arrival of the alpha king was announced by the guards at almost midnight. By the time he arrived, he had already decided that he was no longer afraid of vampires. It was his desire to arrive at a time when all of the vampires were at their peak power that made me fall even more in love with the man I had never met before.

I ran up to him with my father and sister, who were both overjoyed to see him. "What the hell are you wearing?" my father exclaimed as he looked at me strangely. He'd never seen me in such a slutty dress before, and he was shocked. He didn't say anything else, though. He was preoccupied with preparations for the meeting.

After hearing the alpha's king's voice for the first time, my sister shivered and almost turned around; she whispered to my father, "I can't do this.  please.  "What if he ends up killing me later?"

My father, on the other hand, was helpless.

The alpha king walked in front of his men, and I almost took a step closer to him with each step he took closer to my father and my sister in front of him. It was as if there was a magnet connecting us.

He was attractive, but in a masculine way. His features and wide jaw conveyed his serious demeanour, as did his greyish piercing eyes. He, on the other hand, didn't appear to be pleased with the pairing. As if he had no choice but to accept the deal.

My father greeted him, and alpha king Marcus reciprocated by shaking his hand and saying, "Welcome to our kingdom, alpha Marcus."

"Thank you," Alpha Marcus said with a weak smile.

Despite the fact that my sister couldn't form a single word, the alpha turned his gaze towards her, and I was in the back row.

My father looked at my sister, but she trembled, and so I leapt in front of the alpha king and extended my hands to him, "I am Ava.  nice to meet you in person."

Alpha Marcus looked at me with a puzzled expression, "who are you? I was under the impression that I was going to be paired with the elderly princess."

"My name is Ava, and I am not that young," I said, narrowing my eyes. " I am about to turn eighteen years old in 5 days."

"Is this some sort of joke?" the alpha king asked me as he looked me in the eyes, then turned his gaze to my father. "Do you think that your elder daughter can reject me like this? are you making fun of me?"

Alpha Marcus appeared to be in a sour mood.

"No," my father attempted to explain. "There's a misunderstanding going on here. All Ava wanted was to greet you, and that was it."

"What the hell is wrong with you, alpha?" I exclaimed as I crossed my arms over my chest. I'd heard a lot of good things about you, and I was looking forward to meeting you in person. However, I never expected you to be so impolite."

'What the hell,' said Marcus, furrowing his brows and clenching his fist in frustration, his voice rising in pitch. "You have the audacity to speak to me in this manner. Aren't you afraid of me? Do you think that your father and your army of vampires can protect you from me?"

I immediately closed the distance between us and then stood on my tiptoes and kissed the alpha king passionately on the lips. Then I drew back and said, "no, I thought my attraction to you would shield me from being hurt by you."

I sighed and looked deeply into his eyes, saying desperately, my heart was throbbing in my heart as if I was about to die. "Please accept my apologies. I couldn't stop myself from doing it. I suppose life isn't always fair. My sister is afraid of you, and you dislike my sister, and I am the one who dreamed of meeting you, so I should be standing here and watching the two of you get mated."

I turned my heels and decided to run upstairs to my room, but then I felt a strong hand grabbing my arms and a strong manly voice saying, "Wait!"

"Are you sure?" said alpha Marcus as I slowly turned to see him looking at me intently.

I nodded, a wide smile on my face, and awkwardly said, "yes, absolutely, unless you don't want to." He looked as if his heart had melted.

"All right," he said, narrowing his eyes. "Being my mate, on the other hand, is not an easy mission."

To satisfy my curiosity, I inquired, "what do you mean?"

"I mean, you have to seduce me into becoming your mate," he said as he leaned closer to my face, giving me only an inch of breathing room and watching his lips move. "If you manage to complete this mission successfully, you will be mine for the rest of your life. In the event that you don't comply, I'll have to send you back to your kingdom and choose a new one."

"I am willing to take on the challenge," I stated confidently. As if it were fate that brought us together in the first place. I was well aware that my sister was far more attractive than I was, but I was convinced that I could accomplish the seemingly impossible and win his heart and become his wife forever if I had this strong desire in my heart for him.

As soon as I raised my brows, I drew him into an intense kiss that lasted more than two minutes, and he kissed me back. "I will make you mine," I said after a light giggle and a slight pull back.

I had taken control of the situation and now I was in charge of how things played out. "It is a pleasure to meet you, alpha," I smiled and extended my hand.

He took my hand into his rough hands and said, "it's a great pleasure to meet you too, Ava." He squeezed my hand tight before releasing it and turning around to head out of the main entrance hall.

The guards opened the door for him, and he exited.

I watched him walk out of sight, then I turned to my father and said, "I guess the wedding is going to happen after all."
