Scarlet Pov

Hey guys my name is Scarlet Bailey. I am 19 years old. I live in New York with my abusive father Jackson Bailey. My mom died when I was Born, and my father accused me for my mother's death. since that, my father has been a alcoholic, everyday when I'm back from work he will hit me and kick my stomach until I black out and just leave me there in the floor. I've tried to escape one's but, he caught me.

"Shut up you slut!"

Present time

"Scarlet!"

"Earth to Scarlet!" Emily wave her hand in front of my face while calling out my name.

Emily is my Bestfriend. She's been there for me always. And she know about my father how he treated me. Emily also offered me to live with her in her apartment. But I say it's fine.

"Y-yes?" I ask

"What are you thinking about? I've been calling you for seven minutes straight." Emily asking while making coffee for the customer who have just order.

"Oh nothing special." I smile

"You know you can tell me right? I'll always be there for you to help you out."

"Thank you Emily I really appreciate it." We pull each other into a hug.

"So tommorow is our off day, wanna go to the mall?" Emily ask.

"Sure let's go to gu-" Before I can finish my words, The bell at the door rang indicating a new customer. And as soon as the customer stepped a foot inside the door, the whole diner fell silent.

I look up and saw the most attractive man I have ever seen in my entire life. He is around 6'4 and had the most alluring blue ocean eyes and a dark brown hair.

He was wearing a black tailored Armani suit. It hug his body well making his muscles look eye-catching and the other two guys wearing the same attire as him, followed close behind him.

Everything about this guy screams power and wealth.

As he walked, everyone parted to give him way. As soon as he seated, I quickly adverted my eyes not wanting to get caught staring.

"Hey scar why don't you go take there order?" Emily said.

"What! Hell no." I refused

"Why not."

"Bec-"

"Scarlet go serve table number three." My boss said.

Great just fucking great.

As I made my way to there table, I'm starting to feel nervous.

"Good evening, my name is Scarlet. I'll be your waitress for tonight. What can I get for you?"

I looked up to them and see him staring at me so intently. I felt my body starting to shake and my heart pounding so fast. His stare is so intense that it can make anyone faint

"I'll get a cheese burger and a coke." Said the guy with black eye, blonde hair. He look friendly among the two of them.

I hastily wrote down there order and hurry to the kitchen.

A few minutes later, my shift has ended. I took my beg and wave good bye to emily. I look at the man one last time and head out.

It was dark outside and I'm waiting for a cab to pick me up. I have to be home before 8pm. Now it's 7:30pm Crap! My house is 15 minutes away from here. If I don't get back thereon time my dad will bit the crap out of me.

Before I start walking, someone call me from behind, I turn my back and look up to see it was...
